Shizuoka Prefecture
After the incident at Shizuoka Train Station, Y/n had his left arm torn from his body resulting in periodic sparks to emanate from the exposed wires and circuitry as Ashido assisted the young Cyborg to Dr. Kuseno's lab for a diagnostic and repair. All the while the cheerful girl was attempting to rebuild the bridge between her and Y/n that the young Cyborg had burned down between them, with Y/n offering little in terms of conversation.
"So, you think you'll give being a pro-hero a shot? I mean, you have the potential, just look at how you took on those three goons back on the train."
"And what'd it cost me? My left arm Ashido, just because I'm a walking robot doesn't mean I don't feel pain. I appreciate your attempts at conversation but I will reserve my decision for becoming a pro-hero for a later date."
With the young Cyborg voicing his opinion on becoming a professional hero, Ashido returned her gaze to the front as a partially sombre expression adorned her face at Y/n's words resulting in the rest of the journey to Dr. Kuseno's lab being met with silence.
Dr. Kuseno's Lab
"I see, so you're the one who assisted young Y/n here. You have my thanks, Ms?"
"Ashido. My name's Ashido."
"Very few people in Y/n's life actually cared about him, it's good to see that someone familiar to him has exhibited such emotions."
"I hate to interrupt Doctor, but can we get this over with? I'd very much like to cease prolonging the inevitably searing pain."
"I suppose I should take my leave, it was nice to see you again Y/n. Hope to see you around."
With Ashido departing Dr. Kuseno's lab, Y/n's surrogate father figure began the necessary preparations for the young Cyborg's surgery to reattach his missing arm, which would normally be a four hour procedure, Dr. Kuseno had access to his full array of tools and was able to shorten the time needed by almost half. With the process being significantly less painful than the last, Y/n just chalked it up to the sheer amount of adrenaline after the events on the train dulling his pain receptors.
"Now I strongly advise against fighting any villains for at least a few days to give your body time to adjust as I've made a few modifications based on the battle data that you acquired."
"Thank you Doctor. But I've been wondering, what's in the briefcase that you entrusted to me when you performed the surgery that turned me into a Cyborg?"
"It's something that I had been meaning to give you prior to your parents having me perform the surgery, I wanted to ask your consent as it was clear you were suffering with Vrolik Syndrome so I came up with a little something, a pair of mechanical arms that would serve you well in the field should you decide to become a professional hero."
"And their purpose?"
"A form of upgrade for your Incineration Cannons. Now it is imperative that once you have settled into your apartment, that under no circumstances do you draw any unnecessary attention to yourself and head straight for my lab as there are some tests that I would like to run on the contents of your briefcase and unfortunately the equipment is in Shizuoka already."
"Understood Doctor. I'll try to avoid any unnecessary attention. Until then."
Shizuoka Prefecture - Tatooin Shopping District - Six hours later
With his pantry and fridge low on food and other essentials, Y/n decided to make a quick shopping trip to stock up with some extra funds that Dr. Kuseno had given him to help settle into his recently acquired apartment, only for the young Cyborg to be brought out of his musings as explosions began sounding off causing a sweep of pandemonium in the streets as civilians began running in almost every direction as pro-heroes started to arrive on site.
