Chapter 3

Lyric lifted my head to make me look up at him. "Why aren't you scared?" He asked. "Because I've been through many things that no regular person goes through" I said, Lyric chuckled. I then realized his face was only two inches away from mine. I blushed, I don't know why though because the thought that those razor sharp fangs could attack me right now was a possibility. As he leaned all the way in I felt his lips against mine, his fangs grazing over the top of my lips. I shivered as he pulled away. "Lyric why are you telling me this?" I asked "because I trust you like how you trust me not to bite you" lyric said his lips curling up into a smile. I laughed "you got a point".

We sat on the grass just talking and joking until I heard my name be called. I looked around and my eyes fell upon a tall boy with brown hair that went in front of his right eye. He looked at me "come here kitty" he called. I smiled and looked at Lyric "I'll be right back" I said. I got up and went over to the guy "meow Chaos" I said. Chaos looked down at me "good mist" he said petting my head. "Okay Chaos what's up I'm hanging with my new friend" I said crossing my arms he looked behind me at Lyric. "I can see but I'm kidnapping you from the new kid" Chaos said and put his arms around me picking me up. "Put her down" Lyric said coming from out of nowhere. "You can't tell me what to do I'm her best friend" Chaos growled setting me down an getting in Lyrics face. Lyric pushed him back a little bit "watch your temper badass before you get arrested" Lyric hissed his eyes narrowed. "Stop it before I kick both your asses" I said getting pissed off. Chaos glared at Lyric and hugged me tight "I'll text you when I get home" he said and walked off. I sighed great now my best friend is like enemy's with my new guy friend. Lyric looked at me "you shouldn't be friends with him" Lyric said "people say he plays girls and gets suspended for fighting and doing drugs" I chuckled at that an said "who cares".
