In an empty abyss of boredom, Vincent could do nothing but watch videos, and so he did, for a full 5 hours till he got a call from Zak.

"What is it?"

"Look, man, I'm sorry, I thought you were going mental or something, but he really went into my dreams, Clay right? Green eyes, blonde hair?" Zak apologized,

"Yeah, why?"

"Holy heck!- sorry uh, I gotta go!"

The call had ended.

"Weird, I've never seen Zak so panicked before... eh, whatever" Vincent mumbled, "I should apologize to Clay as well..."

He sighed, he hadn't actually expected Clay to fix what happened. He genuinely expected him to fail at it. He reflected on his actions, and man he was being a real dickhead.

"Uh, Vince?" Clay said softly, snapping him out of his reverie,

"U-um- Sorry Clay... I wasn't thinking and I-"

"It's ok, Vince, calm down"

"I'm sorry, can you touch or eat anything?"

"No, only you, no homo."

"But you can sit on some surfaces right?"

"It depends. I can't sit in a chair but I can on a railing. Not even I really understand the logic behind it."

"Wait a second... here sit on this!" Vincent pulled a metal stool over from underneath his bed; for visitors.

"Um, alright." Clay sat on the stool, he surprisingly didn't fall

"Clay, I think you can sit on metal but not wood"

"True... I could lean on metal poles." Clay agreed

"Clay, to make it up to you, do you wanna go watch a movie?" Vincent asked

"Well, sure! I haven't seen a movie since 2018, though I died in 2019."

"Damn, what movies do you like?" Vincent questioned

"Horror movies."

Those few words brought a chill down Vincent's spine, he hated them

"A-alright then, wanna watch In the Tall Grass?"

"Sure, never seen it before."

"Well... there's a first time for everything." Vincent chuckled, however, deep inside he knew he made a mistake, "I'll turn on Netflix"

"Alright!" Clay smiled,

"It's playing..."

Halfway through the movie Vincent had screamed 5 times already, but during the big scare...

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Vincent shrieked, clinging onto Clay for dear life.

"Damn, are you really that scared?"

"What do you think goddammit?!" Vincent sunk into the couch

"Uh, yes, why else would you be clinging to me like the world is ending."

"So you already knew your answer," Vincent grumbled, staring back at the movie.

"Ok, I know my answer!" He chuckled

"Um... Why is my neighbor looking at us?" Vincent asks

"Weird..."

"Ay Jim, can you go away?" Vincent yelled, "stop being a creep."
