Throughout the years,

I was
alone.

Waiting,
For him to come back.

After years of expectations & hallucinations,

I just couldn't take it anymore.

I was going crazy.

I would start seeing glimpses of his form, so clearly that I thought it was real.

I would hear his voice, he would talk to me like his usual self.

But he wasn't really there.

They were all fantasies, acts, hallucinations..

And I was convincing myself that
he-- it was real.

A part of me still wanted to believe that be was there, right beside me.

Another wanted to break
free.

And see the world.

Like the stories Meliodas had told her.

Like her dreams and yearning to be able to see the wonders of nature.

She wasn't being held up by anything anymore.

She was free.

It was just her,

She was shackling herself to this place.

She doesn't want to admit that her love
Never came back to her.

Even after all the years she waited
And he never came.

It broke her deep inside but still wanted to believe that he was right beside her.

She couldn't take the pain anymore..

She wanted to live a life.

''This is just like before I met him."

She chuckled as she remembered the past.

"Ain't it funny I am truly destined to be alone."

She kept thinking of all she wanted to do.

She doesn't want to be hold up in this place anymore.

This place held bittersweet memories.

After she organized her thoughts,
She decided.

"I want to travel the world."

A whole new feeling of desire came rushing through her.

She packed necessary things to assist her in her journey.

They were all things that Meliodas left for her.

Though she didn't want to bring all of them, as some held so much importance to her.

She only bought a few set of clothes, suitable for daily and traveling,
a bag of coins,

And a pendant with the her and Meliodas smiling brightly in the picture.

She stared at it of a while, closing the pendant and kissing it softly.

''I will always love you.''

She says, as she took off to a journey around the world.
