Kick. Punch. Kick. Elbow. I hear the people telling me to stop. I punched my opponent hard. I got up and looked around. It was dead silent. I glared at everyone and then walked up to the counter and looked at Chris. He walked up to me and said," Good job."
Then he handed me a huge was of cash. It had never ever been this big before. I started counting it all. The total was 24,000. The most I ever got from my fights was about 500. I immediately got up and ran over to Chris smiling. When I went to Chris I looked him in the eye and saw a emotion I couldn't read. I gave him a huge hug and said," We can finally buy a house."
"How much was in the pile?"
"24000"
" Finally. I'm tired of living here."
I grabbed his hand and we started walking outside to his motorcycle. We started driving until we reaches our little spot. There was a cooler, tent and laptop. We got off and started searching up apartments around the fight club. We finally found a two bedroom apartment and set up a date with the owner tomorrow. It wasn't bad there was a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I ended up yawning after I was done reading, Chris took that as a I'm tired lets go to bed sign. I got into one of Chris's T-shirt s and layed down. Chris came in in his boxers and draped his arm over me and soon I went to sleep.
Chris's POV
I watched her short little frame curl up into a tiny ball. So I grabbed her by her waist and brought her to me. Moments like these I want to tell her how much I love her. I can never be with her no matter what. So I whispered to her saying the three words she hates," I love you so much Ember." Little did I know she was still awake.
Cliff hanger lol. Just started gonna update a lot a day hopefully. Love my readers xoxo
