***Evans POV.***
after my mom calmed down we went to the waiting room, we waited for about 15 or 20 minutes then a doctor came in and walked up to my mom. "she is awake you can come see her now" the doctor said."thank god." my mom said standing up.Me and Courtney stood up to.
we were walking and the doctor stopped us."I'm sorry, only one pearson can go in at once."The doctor said.My mom looked over at courtney then she looked at me and put her hand on my back."baby, do you wanna go in first?"she asked me.I looked up at her and smiled."sure, and i'll try to hurry."I replied."okay hobby."my mom said.
I walked in the room and looked at jordan.she was drinking orange juice and looked over at me.I walked up to her and held her hand and looked directly in her eyes."Hey." I said lost in words."hey"she said back.
"so what happened back there."I managed to get out."I'm not sure yet but we will find out."she said as we kissed."okay im gonna go but mom wants to talk to you and the doctor."I say leaving."okay."she says smiling.
***Jordans POV***
I put my orange juice down and looked up as Evan walked in the room.He walked up to me and held my hand, it felt really good to hold his hand even tho I could barely feel it."hey"he said looking directly in my eyes."hey"I responded.
"so what happened back there?"he said."im not sure yet but we will find out."I said as he leaned over to kiss me. I looked down at my hand, he had no idea I couldn't feel his hand on mine and I wanted to keep it that way."okay, I'm gonna go but mom wants to talk to you and the doctor." He says opening the door."okay."I said back smiling like everything will be okay.
Evan left and Courtney came in, I was expecting mom but this is okay too."hi, how are you doing beautiful?"she asks closing the door and walking over to the bed."doing great!"I say, wanting to make an okay sign with my fingers. "you look pale"she says putting her hand on my forehead brushing it down my face.
she also had no idea I couldn't feel her touching my face."oh my, your face, its cold!"she says cuping my face in her hands."im fine"I say smiling.the doctor walks in with mom."courtney we need a moment with Jordan could you wait for a minute with your brother,please"he says."sure." courtney responds to the doctor.
courtney walks out the door and mom and the doctor walk in.The doctor shuts the door behind him
"Jordan, we have looked at some things and ran some tests and we have not run into anything severe but we did find couple things and I want you to tell me if your okay with knowing what's wrong." the doctor says opening a red folder."yes, what's wrong with me?"I said to the doctor."well, let me ask you a question or two?" he says asking my permission."yes?"I question.
"can you feel your arms, legs, face ect?"he asks me."legs no, arms no, face yes, hands no, feet no, fingers and toes yes." I say."its a miracle, what happened was a result of shock and a bodily malfunction, nothing you did at the time caused this it happens in different cases which could have been.. you could have held in your urine for too long, you could have ate something with a parasite in it or 2 sexual related situations."the doctor explained."well my daughter hasn't been in any of these situations!"my mother exclaimed."im not sexually active and I don't hold in my urine."I said pointing to my stomache."well when your body malfunction set off it shut down your muscles and stomache, so with that until your body releases the tension of what is going on you will not be able to do any of the following: eat hard food, poop, throw-up or move any parts of your body other than what's already being moved, so we will blend your food and put you on fiber pills we will also have some questions for your mother on his to figure out what is causing your bodily malfunction."he informs.
"so I wont be able to move or feel anything that touches my body?"I ask."Not until we fix this, no sorry"the doctor says closing the red folder."im so sorry baby."my mom says tears filling her eyes."mom come here."she hugs me which I can't feel but I imagine feeling it.She pulls away and pushes my hair behind my ear which I usually take out but I can't.the doctor opens the door looking at us"I need to talk with the doctor, but I will see if I can let him send Evan and Courtney in together and honey don't let either of them know what's going on until we figure things out okay honey, and I love you always know that im here for and with you for any and everything."she says still sitting next to me on the bed."I know mom, and I love you to I wont say a word about it until we know exactly what's happening."I say back to her as she gets up and leaves.
***Evans POV***
Mom comes out of the room with tears rolling down her face.she stops and turns to the doctor she asks him a question and when he answers she crys even harder, then he hugs her and I see him say it will be alright then mom asks another question and when he answers she starts to walk toward me and courtney wiping her tears away.
she stops and me and courtney stand up."is she okay?"courtney asks with no hesitation to wait for what mom was going to say."yes and I've asked the doctor if you could both go in and see her together and he says that since he has had a chance to talk to her you may go in together."mom says looking up at me as I start to walk toward the door of Jordans room."can I go in?"I ask.My mom nods and courtney walks beside me as I open the door.
