I can't find the rest of the chapters, or maybe the characters don't want to read the rest of the chapters. There are a bunch of piles of papers in the damaged section of the library that when interacted with say "There's probably a lot of interesting lore in here, but you don't have time to read through this huge pile of papers." But I'll find lore elsewhere in the game for you, like in the dialogue. Sorry about the missing chapters, I'm honestly just as disappointed. Maybe it's actually that the developer didn't have time to write interesting lore to put in those piles of papers but didn't want to admit it.
