The Rouge Mate

Chapter 1 - The "Invitation"

~BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! ~ *smash*

Hia! I'm Chole, or Clo (cl-o) Spears. I'm a rouge, and I was forced to be this way! Total sarcasm if you couldn't tell. Except there's a reason as to why i almost broke yet another alarm clock, school. I live with my 4 besties, my brother, his mate, and her brother. Including myself, that's 8 people living in a 4 bedroom 2 story house. Crazy right?!?

I guess one advantage I have over all my friends is that I have Alpha blood in me. So does my older brother, Adam Spears.

My 4 besties are: Aubre Cornado, Katy Valentine, Madison Lopert, and Sierra Nicole Kost. We all lost our families during the battle. It was a very depressing time, but we've learned to with it. Anyways.

As I get ready for school, I take a shower, brush my hair, brush my teeth, and pick out my outfit. It's dark-wash high wasted shorts, with a grey oversized sweater with a wolf on it, Ironic right? Next, my combat boots and grey beanie, along with my make-up done to a point.

I grab a granola bar and my school bag and walk downstairs to see all the girls finishing their breakfast.

"Hurry up slow people!" I yell.

"Meh gawd Clo, werewolf hearing, remember?" Bre (Aubre) complains.

"Yea, yea, just get in my car." I say to Bre. Katyis with sierra and Maddie in my brother's car, cause, ya know, he's 22.

The drive to school is always fun with Bre, just cause even if we don't know the song, we blast the music and try  to sing along. Keyword in the sentence, TRY.

We walk to the building, and straight for our lockers once we're inside. I made Bre take the locker next to me, ya know cause I can do that.

When we get to guided study, I smell the amazing scent of rain and forest. I decide to check it out later just becuase the class is started already, about 20 minutes in and I keep daydreaming about the scent and love how it lingers inside of my nose.

It's finally the end of the day and it couldn't have taken any longer to get to this point in time. I decide to investigate the rain and forest scent that drove me crazy all day while I wait for the slowest werewolves in history, aka my little herd. Just then as I'm waiting by my locker, where we always meet, a kinda cute boy comes up to me and hands me a small letter in an envelope, then procededs to hand me 4 more for me friends, almost if he knew they were there. 

Once I see Bre, and no-one else, I just start walking with her, because we both know that they take forever. When we get to my car, I finally decide to break the comfertable silence between us.

"Hey, Bre, guess what happened while I was waiting for you slow people'

"Ummmm, you met someone and you like them?" We both start laughing our heads off, only because she knows that I will not date anyone unless they are my mate.

"No, but actually a guy gave me 5 letters in envelopes, for all of us, I belive." I say to her. Imeaditly her face becomes less happy as it used to.

"What? What's wrong bae?" I ask her. Don't judge us we call each other bae, got a problem, talk to a therapist.

"You realize that it's the future Alphas' birthday party, right? because he hasn't found his mate yet?" She says to me. I sigh in realization and keep on driving until we are home.

"That's one hell of an Invintation"
