All along the way I was thinking about what my mom and brother are doing now.
I miss them already, I feel lonely even though I was not alone in the cabin.
In fact, the man in the cabin was very good, and his grandson was also very sweet.
The man noticed that I had a sad facial expression and that started crying, so he asked me if it was all right and offered me a handkerchief.
I thanked him and wiped away my tears. Then I told him why I was crying, he was understanding and he gave me some encouragement tips, because I was pretty young.
The child looked at me and then came to me, hugged me and told me not to cry anymore.
His name was Kyong.
He sat next to me, to show him an interesting game on my phone. Then I took out some chocolate from my bag and gave it to him.Kyong was so happy for that chocolate and hugged me so strongly that I thought he would break my bones at any moment.
I decided to rest a bit.
I finally woke up and tried to open my eyes, and meanwhile the train had already arrived to Seoul, so I was slowly getting ready to leave the cabin.
I got out of the train and Kyong and his grandfather came right after me.
I hugged Kyong and thanked him for having a good time with him.
Then I thanked his grandfather for the honest advice he gave to me, because he and Kyong made my journey easier and allowed me to relax and forget about stress.Firstly, I called home to say I had arrived.
I bought something to eat and then sat in the park.Half an hour later, I opened Google Maps to find my step-father's company easier.
It was closer than I thought. I spent 5 more minutes on the bench, and then I got up and left.
I went inside and asked for him, and then he came downstairs and told me that my mother had informed him that I was coming.
We went to his office together and I told him about boarding school.
He agreed and told me that we would see each other often, and then I headed to the boarding school. The place was nicely decorated from the outside, there was baby blue facade. When I entered I was amazed by the inner beauty.
The people who worked at the boarding school were really kind.
In front of me stood a woman with medium height and middle age, culturally introduced herself to me and indicated me in which room I would be accommodated. The woman's name was Miyeon, and her husband's name was Hanuel.
We went up to the third floor and the lady told me to enter room number 34.
Meanwhile she also told me that I would have a roommate, I thanked her and entered.I opened the door, and inside was a girl who got out of bed, came up to me, and introduced herself:
"Hi, I'm Jennie, I'm 18 years old. Nice to meet you"!
"Hi, I'm y/n, I'm 18 years old too"! - I said.
She told me she hoped we would get along well and showed me my bed.
I told her there was no reason to disagree so far and then I sat on my bed.
The room was really pretty. There were two white walls, and the other two were purple.
We also had shelves, and there were decorations and a lot of cute things on them. The closet was large and was divided into two parts. In one part Jennie's clothes were placed, and in the other part I put my clothes.
Half of the day was over,I was unpacking all my stuff, and Jennie helped me so I wasn't so tired.
At the end of the day, Jennie and I talked, we got to know each other better. She was from Daegu.
She was really kind and crazy too. At one point we started laughing so hard because she was telling me some of her hilarious situations.
She told me that she was going to the same university where I was going to go. That's great!!
Then someone knocked on the door, Jennie got up to open the door and it was Mrs. Miyeon.
Jennie and I thought she had come to tell us to be quieter, and we immediately apologized for the noise.
She told us it was okay that we had apologized, but we weren't that loud, she passed by and heard us.
She brought us tea. I invited her inside to have tea together, but she said she wanted to leave us alone to talk, because it was my first day.
She told us not to stay because we are in college tomorrow.
She told us that another day would come for us to talk, because of all the students, Jennie was her favorite, and she told me that she loved me since the first day.
Honestly I loved her too.
She was a very good woman, she was an adult, but she knew how to treat young girls. And Mr. Hanuel- her husband was very wise man. When I waited in the hallway to enter the room, I talked to him and he was a very nice person.
However, Mrs. Miyeon wished us good night, and we too. Then Jennie and I talked and drank tea.
Jennie told me that she has a boyfriend who also lives in Daegu.
His name is Kim Taehyung. We talked about it and she told me that it was really good for them, and that she would meet us soon.
I told her I didn't have a boyfriend. She told me not to lose hope and that our students life would soon begin, and that there would surely be a boy for me.
It was already late and we had to go to bed because I was staring college the next day, and I was very excited.
