I hurriedly went to Ms. Kim’s office, still hoping that I’m not late yet.
“Lee Hae Mi! Aigoo, I just want to give up disciplining you! How come you never come on time?” Ms. Kim yelled at me.
“I’m sorry” I said. it’s actually not in my dictionary to apologize, but what can I do? She’s a teacher.
“Aish, you two, follow me.” She said and started walking
“Are you really deaf or just stupid? You don’t even understand what ‘don’t be late’ means!” Siwon suddenly murmured
“Me, being late is non of your business, JERK!” I said and walked away from him.
Siwon was just close behind me, after a few minutes, we arrived in the school library.
“the library is already closed so both of you could clean peacefully. Just go home after you finish, and make sure it’s finish! I’ll check it tomorrow.” Ms. Kim said then she left us.
The library looks really creepy when it’s empty. I know I’m a tough girl, but it just feels really creepy.
I started cleaning quietly by mopping the floor while Siwon was busy wiping the chairs and tables. Hah! There’s no sign of ’gentleman’ on him. Imagine? He did the easiest job and what I did was the hardest one? Urgh!
After a few minutes, I got really tired. So I decided to rest silently in a corner. Just right after I sigh, the tall jerk suddenly came in front of me just like a ghost. I got really surprised by him.
“Who told you to sit?” he asked
“woah! Don’t.. scare me like that!”
“I’m not trying to scare you. Who told you to sit?” he asked again
“my brain” I answered
“No wonder” he said and walked away
“Yah! What are you trying to imply?” I angrily asked him
“I guess you already know” he said and continued walking
Urgh! I really hate him! I’m definitely going to plan something to get rid of him!
I continued resting in the corner for at least 15 more minutes then I decided to go back to work.
While I was mopping the floor, I suddenly felt really creepy when the light turned on and off. I silently but immediately walked towards where the chairs and the tables were located. Then, as fast as a lightning, all the light turned off.
I yelled out of nervousness and then decided to leave the mop and ran. Unfortunately, something was in the middle of the way and I wasn’t able to see it because of darkness. Because of that, I fell.
“ahhhh!” I yell even more(because I don’t know what was that thing that blocked my way!)
“Shut up!” a man suddenly said.
“who are you? Don’t go near me or else I’ll kill you!” I yelled at him
“it’s Siwon. Fool!” he answered
“Woah! I thought you were a burglar.” I told him.
I tried moving near him (although I don’t like it, I just want to be near him because I’m so afraid of the dark. Urgh)
But then, I was absolutely devastated because my foot hurts!
“Aw!” I yelled
“Yah, what’s up with you?” he asked. He then touched my foot and I yelled again.
“Why are you taking it off” I asked, trying to stop him.
“it’s for your own good.” He said and continued taking it off.
After he finished taking it off, he continued massaging it. Every time he does it, I yell out of pain.
“Will you shut up?” he suddenly said
“It’s not my fault if it’s painful.” I told him.
“of course it is, especially when I do this!” he said and pushed my foot.
“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH” I yelled louder
“Sorry. It’s just one way of making it better” he explained.
I never actually thought there’s still a good side of him, but that does not mean I don’t hat him anymore.
When he was about to help me stand, I got really out of balanced and fell down, with him, then the light turned on.
It was one of the most awkward moments of my life. Honestly, seeing him on top of me was really, really awkward!
He immediately stood up and fixed himself and stared at me.
“yah, put it back on” he said and shyly moved away from me.
It was better that way; at least he is back to himself!
I slowly wore back my sock and shoe. After a while, I relaxed myself.
“what are you still doing there?” he suddenly asked me.
I wasn’t able to answer him back immediately. But when I was about to, he suddenly interrupted,
“if you want to sleep here, then go! I’m leaving” he said and slowly walked.
“wait. Please help me stand.” I asked him a favor. I did so many things that is so against my will today, and this is one of it!
He slowly helped me stand, and thank God I was in my proper balance.
He walked me towards the door then went to the door and he tried to open it.
I just watched him trying to open it but It seemed like there’s a problem.
“Yah! What’s wrong?” I asked.
“The door is locked.” He calmly said.
The door is locked and it seemed like he was relaxed? Come on! Does that mean I’m stuck with my mortal enemy in this damn creepy place? Is this my karma for lying to my dad?!
