Another Year, Another Day

Back to the present in the Main House, the emperor was thinking about doing something special for Ameria's fifteenth birthday party. Ameria's birthday is right around the corner which is next week and the emperor brought Ameria a big beautiful dress with a nice headpiece so she would be the only one that would stand out. Ameria couldn't believe that she was going to turn fifteen. Something more surprising was that the emperor told her that all of the nobles were invited to the party to make it more special.

Right as she was thinking too much about it, the maids barged in her room with so much excitement that Ameria was invited to the Main Palace again. Ameria didn't know what was happening right at that moment and asked,"Wait what are all of you doing here?"

"You were invited to the Main Palace. So of course we are here to help you dress up for the visit!" said one maid.

"I went to the Main Palace before, what makes this so different?", asked Ameria.

"Am I granted to speak freely." said another maid.

"Well I am already curious so granted," replied Ameria.

"You didn't look your best at the palace so me and the other maids were worried that we let you go not prepared"

Ameria didn't know how to reply, then she was grabbed by the maids make her hair done and put a beautiful dress on.

After a few hours later the maid went outside the door and said, "Our creation is done."

At the palace Ameria sees Lucas walk by and noticed that he had a bloody scratch on his hand. She rushed to him and asked him what was wrong with his hand and she was very worried about him. Lucas didn't like how she cares too much so he let go of her hand and left with anger on his face. Ameria was thinking if she did anything wrong to make him mad and she was asking herself "why doesn't he let me help him?" Ameria thought she should get closer to the prince and that she should at least be friends. The next morning she saw that Judas was outside the palace and she was so excited she ran down to the first floor to open the door. Judas explained how much he missed her and that he couldn't visit because he had some busy work to do. Ameria didn't mind that and she guided him to her room and started talking about how life was at the palace. During her conversation with him, she popped out that she wanted to be friends with the prince but she didn't know how to. Judas suggested that she should give him some tea. "Ummm... Rosemary Tea! Everyone in the estates knows that he loves Rosemary Tea!" Suggested Judas as he gives a little smirk. Ameria quickly agreed with him and was so glad she had a friend like him with her. After their long conversation, Judas said he had to leave for important business with his family and said his farewells.
