Part 4 Blaze

We waited as I thought did she pick it up? What if she catches them!! WHAT IF SHE CATCHES ME?! Those thoughts rattled around in my mind. I was waiting I heard her walking outside. Then I heard a loud echoing screeching noise if he door handle i quickly got down. I stared through the holes in the boxes as she walked around. I had an Erie feeling that she was close I looked up and there she was staring at me with her evil smile. I screamed. I knew that the others knew I was found. "Where are the others?!" She said angrily forcing me to stand. "I- there were no others it was just me!" She frowned in a angry way. I flinched as she reached for me... she made me walk along side her as we went out. I didn't know where we were going I just knew they would save me.. she took me into a room I never knew about it was dark, musty, and empty.. I waited as I heard her locking the lock up. I sat with my knees to my chest and my arms around my legs. I put my head into my arms waiting. Then I heard a quiet noise and the door barley opened as I lifted me head. Nobody was there but I left the room and closed the door leaving everything how it was. I looked around and nobody was around to open the door.... I looked behind me and there stood... a young boy. "I've been trying to escape for a year at least" he said "gotten in here so many times I can unlock it from the inside." I was surprised.. I looked sad "how.. how old are you?" He looked at me and then back at the key holder that I never noticed he was looking at "I'm eleven.." I felt even more bad nobody adopted him.. he's been trying to escape since he was 10?! "So when was the first time you tried to escape" he said looking at me "today.." I said. He gave me a surprised look "I found the key even though it's no use trying to get out of here I'll try to help you." I stared at him "what?" He said. "What about my friends" I looked down. "I can help them too let's just go" he said holding the key in his hands. "She goes to get her pills at 10 so we have to hide under the table" We walked in silence as I knew "what time is it?" "59.." of course he meant 9:59 by that.. "under the table" he said I knew they were still in the basement and so I hid under the table as she walked by I heard some noise in the kitchen then she left.. we got out and then I walked ahead in the "wrong direction" "where are you going?!" He whispered I looked back at him and said "going to get my friends you said you'd help." "I'll wait here" he said standing "okay I'll be back"
5 minutes later
"I'm back guy this is—..." "Blaze my name is Blaze" he said. "This is Delilah, Zoey, and Kyle.. and if you didn't know I'm Eva" he nodded zipping his backpack "what's that?" He looked at me "oops.. sorry!" He looked away getting the backpack onto his back. He stood up as we went to the door "at 10:30 she does a surveillance check." Blaze said. "How does he know this?" Zoey whispered quietly "he's been—" "I've been trying to escape for about a year now." They all looked surprised but went a long with it. We were walking through the halls awaiting the exit...
