One week later
So you know when you just have those moments where the school is the one place you hate yeah that's my thoughts on it what's there to do we don't learn anything important so why go. Right now im sitting in Science
Were learning about atoms and molecules which is boring and he's assigning partners for a group project we have to build a DNA replica so fun fun.
"And for the last group Mrs.Trinary and Mr.Stone, you two will be partners and please try to get along."
I mumble under my breath " I don't think that's possible"
Asher walks up to me which is random because he wouldn't have done that where people could see us 'it would Ruin his reputation' so I say hi knowing he just wants me to leave him alone and get this done but then he says it back "hi" I'm a little shocked he said it back cause usually he would want me to not talk to him or be near him unless he's bullying me but maybe he changed a little since our talk. Nah that's not likely to happen.
"Umm, so where do you want to do the project at my house or yours?" I ask
"Yours" Ash looks like he wants to say something else but me trying my hardest to make this not awkward says something.
" ok, that works what time do you want to come over? I can ask my mom if it's ok" I say hoping we might have a real conversation this time instead of him insulting me all the time
"Yea that's fine and don't worry about making small talk cause I want to get this done ASAP"
I knew he would which is why I plan on doing so and doing most of the work so he doesn't have to worry about being seen with me.
"Ok ash," I say with a harsh tone in my voice. let's hope he doesn't mind my mouth when we get to my house cause I can be rude if I want to be and I will talk back, he has no clue who I am when I'm not at school.
The next day
It's the end of the day so I, of course, get ready for bed well almost. I hear a knock on the door so I walk downstairs and go to open the door and when I do I see Ash standing outside in a pair of grey sweats and a grey T-shirt that says "work hard or work harder" on it which I don't care much about.
"You gonna let me in or stand there staring at me," he says with a slight smirk on his face.
"Sorry, but how do you know where I live," I ask
"Oh me, I'm your friendly stalker," he says with another smirk that freaks me out.
I just give him a confused stare but he laughs
"I'm just kidding chill I don't stalk people"
"I just do things you wouldn't like" he has a smirk on his face for like the sixth time.
I give a blank stare and roll my eyes to which he just chuckles
"So we gonna actually study and do work or are you going to talk about your love life all-day"
"Fine, we'll work" his face shows he's just the slightest bit annoyed but I just want to get done.
