The Next Day

*BEEP BEEP BEEP* I wake up to my alarm going off, I sit up and turn it off. Is it really 6:00 am already? I go to the bathroom and get ready for school.

Once done I leave the bathroom, I have to leave at 7:15, so what time is it now? I look at my watch, 7:00. Okay so I have enough time to eat something then leave, I walk down stairs and go to the kitchen I grab an apple out and eat it. When I’ve eaten it put the core in the bin and I decide to leave. I say bye as I walk out of the house even though I know everyone else is either asleep or are too far away on the other side of the house so they can’t hear me.

*After school*

I get onto the bus and like I did yesterday think about how today went. Nothing much happened other than me embarrassing myself a whole heap of times like normal. I had Science, English, History and Art today. I actually got homework today, most of it is just tests for the teachers to see where I’m at, but then for Art the homework we got is to draw some sort of a picture, it can be whatever we want, how cool is that? Pretty cool. It turns out that I have the same class for homeroom, Science, English, Maths and History, which means Joey, Sawyer and the other guy who's name I learnt was Luke are in all of those classes with me. Great. But I guess that also means Dan is too, speaking of him he wasn’t at school today, I wonder where he is? Oh well I’m, sure he’s fine. 

 The bus stops and I look out the window, it looks familiar. After a couple of seconds I realise that it's my stop and stand up just as the driver is closing the doors. I shout out "Wait open the doors, I still need to get out!" The driver looks at me with an annoyed look, after a couple of seconds he looks away and opens the doors. Just as I am about to say thank you I hear someone with a familiar voice yell "Nice one, pay attention next time loser!" I turn around to see Joey laughing at me. I sigh and roll my eyes as I turn back around to get off the bus. "Sorry I wasn't paying attention before, thank you." I say to the bus driver as I walk off. He looks at me with a slightly less annoyed look and nods. The bus doors close and I walk away to my house. 

I get home and walk to my bedroom. I put my bag down next to my desk and lie down on my bed. Ugh why the hell didn't I pay attention to what bus stop we were at? If I did then the bus driver wouldn't have gotten annoyed, and Joey wouldn't have noticed me. On the thought of Joey why the hell does he hate me? Is it just because I'm new or does he not like everyone? Or am I just too stupid to figure out why he doesn't like me? Oh my god I need to stop this, I sound like a teenager asking herself why her crush doesn't like her, ew.

I do not have feeling for Joey, or anyone really. Well now that I'm thinking about it Dan did seem pretty nice and well... Jade stop it, you don't even know him, you've talked to him like once. Now stop it! Ugh anyway I guess I have to actually have to do some homework now.

I stand up and walk over to my bag pulling out all the tests and homework and putting them on the desk. I look at the top test, science, I sit down and put the science test in front of me. I sigh, why do I have to do all these tests, seriously I already know most of this stuff. Why can they just trust me when I say I already know this stuff.

Ugh, I look at the test and decide that I better start it now so I open it to the first page. I read to myself out loud "Question 1: Water is a...

A) Liquid        B)Solid        C)Gas"

Oh my god what person my age doesn't know this! Seriously do they think that we are all dumb? Ugh. I continue talking out loud "Obviously liquid. Now question 2:...." I decide to stop talking out load and continue answering all the questions in my head and writing down the answers on the test. 

After about 20 minutes I'm finished the science test, now onto the English test. I pull English test out as I put the science one away. I open the test and complete it. 

"...And done." I smile to myself as I close the test. I put the English test with my science one. I think now I am going to do the art homework seeing as that is easy and fun. I pull out my pencils and drawing pad and soon enough I start to draw. 

After about 1 hour of drawing I can smell dinner being cooked. I put my pencil down admiring my work, it is some kind of abstract drawing with swirls, lines and circles everywhere. "I like it." I say to myself as I stand up to walk out of the room to go to see what is for dinner.

I walk into the kitchen and  look at what is cooking, pasta. Yum I LOVE pasta! I see that it is nearly ready so I set the dinner table and sit down. Soon enough dinner is ready and my family and I are eating. Normal dinner time conversation happens, 'how was your day?' and stuff like that. Once we are all finished I clear the table and do the dishes.

I walk back up to my room and sit back down at my desk. I decide to put the finishing touches on my artwork, which took about 10 minutes. I then pack my bag ready for school tomorrow and get ready for bed. 

I lie down in my bed getting comfortable, I yawn as I look at the time. Why am I so tired it's only 10:30? I dismiss the fact that it's not that late and I try to get to sleep but my mind keeps on wondering. I decide to think about tomorrow until I get too tired to think. What is going to happen tomorrow? Will I embarrass myself even more? After a while of just thinking I feel as though I am on the verge of falling asleep. Just as I am about to close my eyes, I start to stop my thoughts.

The last thing I do think about is if Dan is going to be at school tomorrow? I close my eyes and stop thinking. I am now completely asleep.

AN: Hey so I updated! (Yay) Sorry it took like a month for me to update, I just kind of got stuck for ideas. Also sorry if this chapter wasn't the best I knew that it had been a while since I had updated so I wanted to write something. So yeah, I hope you liked this! :D (Also the reason why she had pasta for dinner is because I am having that tonight, lol)
