"Wait," Tenten said leaning back her chair "You are being forced to steal money from a corrupted cop or else they are going to pin a murder on you?"

The pinkette just nods her head not looking up at the woman.

"But why you? Why does he need the money?" Hinata chimed in.

"I don't know, I just need to get him the money or else" tear start to fall down Sakura face. For the first time in a long time, the pinkette was speaking the truth. She didn't know why she didn't just lie. Was it out of fear, fear of death? Fear of getting a chance to live in freedom? Fear of never being able to see him again? All she knew was that telling them the truth felt right.

"Maybe you don't need to get the money" Ino added in

Sakura look up confused "What?"

"You can't get that Danzo guy any money if you aren't in the city" The blonde continues.

"yeah, but Ino, If he is connected to the authorities he would know she actually left," Hinata added in.

"Plus, I don't have enough money to even try and leave."

Ino laughs "You don't have to actually leave, we are telephone operators remember?"

Sakuras' eye widens finally understanding where she was getting at. "Ino, you are brilliant. Now if only we knew someone that had keys to the unused operator's room on the fourth floor"

The two women look over at the brunette who was still trying to comprehend exactly what was happening. "why are you looking at me like that?"

"Okay, we only have 30 mins for our lunch break so we need to be fast" Tenten says to the three women quickly following behind her.

Ino chimes in "Are you sure you can make it look like a call that is coming from Suna?"

Tenten gave the blonde a look as if she was offended "I have been working here for years, so yes I know what I am doing." she turns around and begins to unlock the door "Now Ino, you be the lookout for us. knock three times if anyone tries to come in."

Ino nods her head in compliance with Tenten's order. Ino then quickly shut the door as soon as the girls were in the room.

"Ino!" The blonde looks up to see Sai walking quickly towards her with frustration in his eyes. "I need to talk to you."

She looked back at the door and then back to Sai "Not right now. Can we talk later tonight after work?"

He then grabs her hand pulling her away to a more private location. "look" he pulls a large envelope and hands it to her.

Ino opens it to see a large sum of money "Where did this come from?" turning the dark-haired man.

"your father"

"What?"

"He tried to pay me to break up with you because he thinks I convinced you to become independent."

Ino never saw Sai this frustrated. She moved closer embracing him into a tight hug "Thank you for telling me."

He nuzzled his face in the crook of her neck "I believe in you if you want to work then work, if you want to be a housewife then I will support you. I would never want you to think for a second I do not love you, no matter how much money your father offers I will never take a dime from him." he pulls back looking her right in thoughts blue eyes. " You are priceless Ino".

"Oh, Sai" she then pulls him into a deep kiss.
