D POV

So it's the day of my graduation. They had seperatated me and my sis, but we sneak off to see each other. Mariah was down my neck about that. I was sitting listening to this boring speech from my principal. Nicky and I were separated because of our last names.

When we got up and got our "diplomas". I headed outside and took pictures with everyone. Nicky's parents were taking us out.  I looked for Kelsie but couldn't find her.

Nicky- yo where she at?

Me- I don't even know.

All of a sudden I saw mariah. She walked up to us.

Mariah- do you know where Kelsie is?

I wanted to say bitch you the social worker.

Me- no...what's wrong?

Mariah- her foster parents said about 2 weeks ago. She dropped out of school and disappeared.

Me- the fuck you mean disappeared?!

Nicky- miss it was your job to watch her!

Mariah- chill out!..

Did this bitch just me to chill...

Me- have you lost ya damn-

Mariah- if ya weren't allowing her to sneak off and go see ya every weekend-

Nicky- you the social worker!

Me- find my fucking sister mariah instead of sitting ova here trying throw the blame!

I storm off cause if I don't then ima Hurt this woman and it's my graduation. We went back to Nicky's parents and we all headed out to eat. I worked most of the summer to add more money in my pocket. Nicky ended up having to go to her college early so...I left too. She went to a navy base school by the east side like me.

Chris POV

School started back up so I headed there. Two weeks into the school year I was driving around. Now usually the girls around here are wearing crop tops with long pants and uggs. Like its hotter than a desert. It was sunny and seem like a nice day. I was heading to my second class in my car. There was this chick with sweats, jean jacket and sneakers on. I couldn't tell what her shirt was because she wasnt facing my way. I speed up a little to see a familiar face with headphones in they ear.

Me- aye!..hey!!

She turned and looked at the car. She took the headphones out her ears. I stop the car and get out but don't go over to her.

Me- remember me?

She looked at me for a minute then made an aha face. I don't know her name so we'll call her Mystery girl (MG

MG- ...Chris?

I nod and she gives me a head nod.

MG- iight well ... See ya. She starts to walk off.

Me- hold up! I can give you a ride.

No I couldn't. I was late myself, but shiiiitt.

MG- it's cool. See ya around.

She then took off. I watched as her butt bounced. Yea we'd see each other again. My phone vibrhates signaling I got a text.

Kae: hey babe. Still coming to class?

iight so there's a slight bump in the road. I look off to where the mystery girl ran off. She was gone, so I jump back into my car and head to class. After some more classes I head to basketball practice. Kae...my girlfriend is co captain of the cheerleader team.
