Amy reached up with a shaky hand to wipe the tears off tys face .

Noises came from Amy's mouth but no words.

This caused Amy to panic.

Her eyes widened and tears and rolled down her face.

It's okay Amy we're going to figure this out ty said wiping the tears off her face.

I'm gonna go get the the doctor the nurse said

Thank you ty said.

5 minutes later the nurse came back with the doctor.

Hi Amy nice to see you awake I understand you're having some trouble with speaking the doctor said.

Some trouble Ty asked she can't talk .

Mr. Borden you need to calm I know it's frustrating dr.bar said.

Ty took a deep breath.

I just want to know what's going on Ty said.

Well in cases like this we never know what is effected until the patient wakes up. It's possible that bullet bruised the part on the brain that controls speech there may also be memory loss the doctor said.

Is there anything we can do to help her recover Ty asked.

It's going to take a lot of therapy and hard work on her part and a lot of patience on your the rest of the family's part the doctor.

Okay do you have any idea what else might be effected Ty asked

Well the bullet existed through the back of the of the skull the cerrabaluim most likely will be effected but I want to do an m.r.t to confirm the doctor said.

Okay Ty said.

After the doctor left Ty called Jack to tell him everything.

An hour later Jack, Tim and lou all walked a very distressed looking Amy trying to talk and Ty desperately trying to figure out what she needed.

It's okay are you hungry Ty asked.

Amy shook her head.

Do you have to go to the bathroom?

Are you in pain?
Nmm
At this moment Ty realized everyone was standing there.

A little help here guys Ty said.

Everyone rushed over.

After 10 minutes of failing to figure out what Amy needed lou got a idea.

There's a notebook and a pen in my purse maybe she can write it down lou said.

May I Ty asked before going through Lou's purse .

Go ahead lou said.

Ty grabbed the notebook and pen and handed it to Amy.

Water is what Amy wrote.

Lou smiled.

Okay I'll go get you some water lou said.

5 minutes later lou walked in with Amy's water.

She handed the cup to Ty who held it for Amy to drink.

Holy cow you were thirsty Ty saidù

Really Tim asked

I just can't see Ahmed doing that Tim said.

Well he did if you don't believe me you can leave Amy wrote.

Oh Amy don't be like that Tim said.

Leave Amy wrote and threw the pen.

This prompted both Ty and Jack to read Amy's half of the conversation.

Seriously Tim Ty asked.

Well leave Jack said.

Okay fine Tim said storming out of the room.

After Tim left everyone else continued talking about what happened.

Solving the mystery so to speak.

After a few more hours lou and Jack left.

Ty of course stayed.

Do you still love me Amy wrote.

Of course Ty said.

Do you want a divorce Amy wrote.

No do you Ty asked.

No but you said.

Amy I know what I said and I'm so sorry Ty said.

I don't want a rich life.

I know Ty said.

I was exhausted and just needed a break Amy wrote.

This sparked a thought causing Amy to bolt upright and her eyes to widen in panicked.

The baby okay you slept through the ultrasound Ty said.

Thank goodness Amy wrote.

I love you so much Ty said kissing Amy.

I love you too Amy wrote then kissed Ty back

I need a nap Amy wrote.

Okay that's fine Ty said.

Please don't leave me Amy wrote.

I won't you sleep as much as you need I'll be here Ty said  .
