the danger of love

rough day for Amy

Amy was almost 8 months pregnant and her and Ty had found a ranch that  they could call their own.

Today was moving day and the whole family was helping.

Amy Fleming drop that box right now and get your butt back upstairs Ty said.

He wasn't mad just concerned.

I'm fine Amy said smiling.

No you're supposed to be on bedrest Ty said 

I know but I feel guilty for not helping Amy admitted.

Amy your whole family is here go back upstairs Ty said kissing her.

Okay Amy said.

Good girl Ty taking the box from her.

Amy was going up the stairs when she lost her footing and fell.

She heard  a pop and then felt shooting pain go through her right foot.

She looked down to see she was basically sitting on it.

Ty Amy yelled.

Go back upstairs babe Ty yelled back .

Come here I fell Amy said with tears rolling down her face.

Ty went over to the stairs.

Are you okay can you stand up Ty asked.

No it hurts Amy said through tears.

What's going on lou asked hearing the commotion.

She fell down the stairs Ty said.

Can one of you please take me to the hospital Amy asked though tears

I'll take her lou said.

Okay Ty said.

Ty helped lou get Amy into the truck.

Well it's not broken the doctor you tore the ligaments in your foot the doctor said.

Is there anything you can give her to help with the pain lou asked.

Unfortunately no because of her pregnancy the doctor said.

You have got to be kidding me Amy
said.

Unfortunately I'm not the doctor said.

So there's nothing I can do for the pain Amy asked.

The only things I can recommend are ice and rest  the doctor said.

Lou drove Amy back home.

Is it broken Ty asked when Amy walked in with crushes and lou closely behind her .

No I just tore the ligaments in my foot Amy said.

Ouch are you okay Ty asked.

Yeah it hurts like hell though Amy said .

Well why don't you sit down Ty said.

Well if you don't mind can help me get upstairs I have a migraine Amy said.

Yeah of course Ty said smiling .

He took Amy upstairs .

Do you need anything else Ty asked placing the ice pack on Amy's foot .

Can you Turn the lights off and close the door when you leave Amy asked

Yes I can Ty said kissing Amy's forehead.

Thank you Amy said.

A few hours later when they were all moved in and the family had left Ty went upstairs to their bedroom to check on Amy.

How are you feeling Ty asked still standing in the doorway.

Turn that light on and I will hurt you Amy threatened.

Still pretty awful huh Ty said laying down beside her her.

Yeah sorry for being grumpy Amy said.

It's okay I can't blame you you've had a rough day Ty said kissing Amy .

Yeah Amy said.

What are you thinking about Ty asked.

Maybe If I had never went to Europe my life wouldn't be this hard right now Amy said.

That trip was good for you Amy you just were given one of the best opportunities by one of the worst people Ty said.

What if he comes back Amy said.

That's not going to happen he in prison for the rest of his life remember Ty said.

Yeah Amy said.

What else is on your mind Ty asked.

What if I'm a terrible mother Amy asked.

You're going to be an amazing mother Amy  Ty assured her.

I don't know look what happened today I couldn't do anything.

Let's not forget that your supposed to be on bedrest right now Ty reminded her.

I'm talking about the other stuff Amy said.

I'll be right there to help you whenever you need it Ty said.

I know I just don't want our son to grow up thinking that he needs to take care of me Amy said.

Trust me he won't Ty said.

I hope your right Amy said.

I know I am our little kaden is lucky to have as his mommy Ty said kissing Amy.

That's when the baby kicked.

I think he knows we're talking about him Amy said smiling.

Oh yeah Ty asked.

Can you feel that that Amy asked placing tys hand on her stomach.

Oh wow I think we have a little soccer player on our hands Ty said smiling
