here's the thing about my story:
it is unfinished, yet it feels like there couldn't be any more to tell.
and the truth of my story is that i will never achieve full closure
until i quit looking for my self-worth in the heart of those around me.
i am my own champion, through and through.
my own success is my heart's true desire
and someday,
someday, i promise myself,
i will find my success.
and when i do,
i will grab it by the wrist and pull it close to me
and never let go.
