"Britt this is not the smartest thing you've ever done!" Ella says indignantly.

Ever since I explained what happened she has been ratting me out about this being a bad idea.

"Britt for once I have to agree with Ella," Bryan says.

"Just shut up you two and follow me!" I say finally fed up enough to speak.  The park is about a block away from the library so we get there pretty fast.  When we finally reach it we are shocked standing right there is Mr. Albaro our History teacher!

"Hello Britt! Ella. Bryan." He says completey ignoring our shocked looks, finally he acknowledges them,"Yes children I am Britt's uncle.  I didn't know who Britt truly was until this year when she was placed in my class."

"You have a lot to explain to Britt!" Ella says.

"Yes, I know that. Let's go sit down." He sighs.

Just as he's about to start talking Ella screams.

"It's your parents! Britt it's your parents!"

I jump to my feet and grab Ella and Bryan's arms, "Run! Run, run, run!" I cry.

We sprint as fast as we can, past the bakery, past the library, and past the school. I turn to see if they are still following but they aren't.  I fall to my knees panting.

"Great...pant...now...pant...I...pant...have....pant...no....pant...where...pant...to...pant....stay!"

Suddenly Uncle I don't know his name pops out of the alley scarying the poop out of me and says,"Go to France, Paris particularlly and you will find a clue there."

"But how?" I ask.

"I will take you.  All three of you."

Luckily school just got out so we decided to go tomorrow morning.  Ella's parents consented and so did Bryan's.  I decided to stay the night at Ella's.  Well part of the night when I say morning I mean at 2:00 am.  None of us were fully awake Bryan was the funniest though.  When we were waiting in line at the airport for our tickets Bryan kept on almost falling asleep.

"But Mom!" a voice screeches breaking the early morning silence.

Oh great! It's Miss Lillian. I clear my throught and elbow Ella in the side.  When she turns her head a motion with my hand towards Lillian.

"Abby dear," Mrs. Fork says to Lillian,"Your brother broke his leg I can't take you to Paris I'm sorry!"

"That little brat always gets what he want!" She screams not being rational at all.

"He broke his leg! He didn't want that!"

Suddenly I feel bad for Abby/Lillian.  I'm taking a leap here, I ask Uncle Alex (apparently that's his name) and he says yes.  Bryan and Ella look at me like I'm crazy but I ignore their glares.

Abby is still yelling and crying when I reach her and her mother.  Abby notices me and glowers,"What do you want!" She demands.

"I heard that you can't go to Paris and I.."

"What you wanted to come brag that you could? Oh well that's nice!"

"No..um..actually I was just going to ask if you wanted to come!" I say a little to brightly.

"Oh," She says clearly regreting her earlier comment,"Well I guess so if it would be okay with my mom and your," she motions to Uncle Alex,"person."

"Uncle," I correct,"And actually he said it was fine."

"Mom?" She asks looking towards Mrs. Fork.

Her mom nods.  I help (well not really help more like do all the work) Abby carry her luggage to our spot in line.  When Bryan sees her he gives a look I hope he never will give me and Ella, well I can't even describe it she had the look of horror mixed with distane mixed with hate.  I walk over to Ella and whisper in her ear,"This should be jolly good fun old chap!"

We have to cough to hide our laughter.
