New beginnings

Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange were currently busy running through the last scenes of Ryan's new series Feud. Tomorrow would be their last day of shooting and although both were delighted at the thought of going home and relaxing, they knew they wouldn't get to see each other as often and that all the sleepovers and late night partying on off days would inevitably come to an end.

"Jess, I can't believe this all ends tomorrow...I mean yes I'm exhausted but this means we won't see each other anymore" Susan sighed and looked down before continuing "Now who's gonna smear ice-cream all over my face when I sleep or giggle like a school girl with me". There was silence for a few moments before both women started laughing hysterically

"Susan,come on I mean it's not that bad,we'll still talk on the phone and we can visit each other when we're close by.Just because we have to go home,doesn't mean our friendship is ending.Besides,who knows,maybe Ryan decides to make a another season and we'll get to do this all over again."

"Yeah,maybe you're right,it just felt like I was losing my best friend for a second"Susan smiled before pulling the blond in for a warm hug.

"I'm honored to be your best friend and guess what?"Jessica replied suddenly sounding like a naughty teenager.Susan started laughing again and shrugged her shoulders "What?"She questioned,raising a brow

"You are my best friend too!"Jess squealed and tightened her embrace around the petite red head.

"Okay,Well everybody,go and get some rest.We have a long day tomorrow!"Ryan yelled and everyone started gathering their things.Susan and Jessica were in the trailer they shared and so wrapped up in their conversation that neither one had heard the door opening behind them...

"Ladies come on,it's getting late,the others have left already,I need sleep!"

Hearing Ryan sounding so tired only caused the blond to start laughing

"Yes,Daddy!"Susan exclaimed in her Bette accent,smiling to the people in front of her who were now hysterical.

"Let's go out,I dunno,do something fun"Jess suggested and the other two just groaned."It's our last night here,we wont get the chance to do this again soon...please?!"She continued until they finally gave in and they all headed to the nearby pub.

Ryan decided to go get the drinks whilst they found a table,"a Vodka on the rocks and two Rum and Cokes please"he asked the bartender before pulling his phone out of his pocket,only to find 4 missed calls from his husband.He immediately called him back and started freaking out when he got no answer.After he grabbed the drinks he returned to the girls and told them why he had to leave,they said there goodbye's and now it was just the two them.They continued to drink and make small talk until a familiar song started playing.

"Oh my god,Jess come on we have to dance"

"Seriously Sue,Patsy Cline"Jess laughed but stood up anyway.

Susan wrapped her arms around her waist and Jess threw hers lazily around the red head's neck,resting her head on her shoulder as they started swaying their hips to the beat of the music

"I go out walking,after midnight,out in the moonlight,just like we used to do"Jess softly sang along,earning a smirk for Susan,whom she knew has watched her movie Sweet Dreams.Susan spun her around and pulled her closer. "Well,that's just my way of saying I love you"She started singing with the blond and they gazed into each others eyes.After the song ended they sat back down and ordered a few more drinks
