Michael's PoV

I'm in history class and I'm sat next to Ritchie, I glance over to him and I notice he's drifting off to sleep, I didn't really want to disturb him but the teacher kept giving me and Ritchie Death-stare.
I gave up a gently shook Ritchie's shoulder, he gives me a tired stare before saying " what?"
"T-the teacher was giving u-us like.. death-stares a-and I didn't want you to get in trouble..." I told him, he glances over to the teacher still staring,
Ritchie sat up and I went back to my work.

20 minutes passed... 30 minutes left of history.. it was a long and tiring day, I glance over to Ritchie's work to see what he's been Writing but I only see the date and title, I look up to him and our eyes meet. He looked in panic and quickly looked away, I was confused but maybe he needed help and too scared to say anything? Oh well, and I went back to my work.

10 minutes passed and during the time I keep catching Ritchie staring at me, it soon made my anxiety kick in, only 20 minutes left and I'm going to have a anxiety attack! ' This isn't good! I don't have anything to calm me down! I—'
I got cut off with my thoughts by a piece of paper being slided to me, I notice it was Ritchie giving me the note, I look down and flipped it over,

Hey do you want to ' Study ' more about history at my house?

I was surprised at first because it was his first time asking to study with anyone! And I'm happy to be then first! But I need to calm my anxiety down first, even though I looked at him and gave a nod with a smile.

Ritchie's PoV
I was the end of class and I noticed Michael was... off.. he's being more quiet and flinches every time he moves like his rethinking what he's doing. I keep starring at him but he always catches me, I put my hand on his shoulder but looked away to hide my blushing face, I just hope he's not thinking bad about me....

I start to pack up my things with Michael and the teacher came up to us and planted a pill of paper infront of us and walked a away,
"You should be more focused, then you wouldn't have to do extra work." The teacher told us,
" Lucky that we're studying isn't it?" I said with the chuckle. Michael look at me with a smile.
We pack up our things and left.

At Ritchie's house

Michael's PoV

I walked to Ritchie as he was unlocking his front door, he's a fast walker and left me behind a bit but I didn't mind.
Once he unlocked the door he walked in and kept it open for me,
"T-thank you." I said quietly as walking in, Ritchie closed the door behind me and grabbed my wrist, he starts to pull me upstairs and this caused me to blush a little.
He dragged me to his room and threw me on the ground,
" you have all the papers right?" He asked
"Y-yeah, I do... uhh.." I pullout the papers out of my bag on to the floor,
"Soo... where do you want to start?" I said awkwardly..
Ritchie sighed and said, "This is going to be a long night..."

We were halfway through the papers and Ritchie and I got hungry, he invited me to the kitchen and demanded me not to touch anything,  I did and he said and stepped outside the kitchen and just watched him, I glance over to the living room to see Austin asleep listening to the news, Ritchie wouldn't mind if I just watch the news for a bit right?
I walked over to the TV and sat down daw away from the sleeping Austin, I continued watching the news for a bit because Ritchie takes forever to make something,
I was about to get up to check in Ritchie but the News said something and dragged me in,

" Just now! A young female is out on a killing spree! She's in a black Cloak and is blended in her surroundings, lock your doors and stay inside! Police is looking for her but he is everywhere, make sure your hidden!"

I started to panic as I need to go home to feed my snake, plus Ritchie and Austin doesn't really like me all that much and I don't think they want me to stay, as I was panicking I didn't see Ritchie behind the TV, I put my head down and my hands when on top of my head, I started to breathe heavily and started to shake a lot. I didn't notice but Austin woke up to see Ritchie looking worried and me curled up shaking, he looked over to the news and saw a picture of the girl they were describing,
"What.. happened?" Austin asked Ritchie,
"No clue I went to get me and Michael a sandwich and—"

"I-it's... Michael and I..." I butted in, I kinda hoped it would make me laugh but it made me panic more, was that going to make Ritchie snap at me or are they-

"Um... Ritchie I-I think you should try and calm him down, Devon smart and I think he could help so I'm call him over." Austin said, cutting of my worried thoughts,
Ritchie nodded and walked over to me as Austin ran upstairs,
"H-hey Michael...? It's okay, we're here.." Ritchie sat next to me and started to rub my back, I know he's trying to calm me down but it wasn't really working, but I smiled faintly anyway,
Ritchie put the sandwiches to a side and put an arm around me
"Soo.. wanna talk about it...? What made you panic or.." Ritchie was looking around the room, I could tell he's nervous but no matter what he did, I was still panicking, to the point where tears started to appear, Ritchie looked at me and was kinda shocked, well more shocked because I never really show emotion and this is the first time his seeing me sad or... scared..

We stayed quite for a bit until Ritchie hesitated to offer a hug, he put his arms out and I rapped my arms around his chest, I cuddled in and surprisingly it started to calm me down, I felt... safe, just being there in his arms..

The tears were slowly disappearing and I slowly drifted off to sleep, I was glad he's being nice to me, it's so rare for it, my face started to warm up, I open one eye to see the TV to see the reflection, I noticed Ritchie's face was bright red, I smiled and closed my eye again and went to sleep..

I may enjoy the time I have left like this, cuddling into him,

I wished it would last forever..

Sorry it late, cuz of the corona virus my school closed for a small part of the year and work has been set online so I wouldn't be able to post quickly so it might take some time BUT I do have a couple of requests and I'm working on it as you read! ( unless it's already out ._.)
