Oh Hi let me introduce myself I'm Catherine Banks, I just turned 19, I'm going into my first year of college in LA, born and raised in Arizona but I'm ready for something new.
"Come down stairs sweety we are leaving for the airport! " My mom screams from downstairs. "Coming mom" I grab the 2 suitcases with all my stuff, yes ik I don't have very much but that's how I like it.
I go downstairs, walk out to the car with my luggage I throw my luggage into the trunk and slip into the back seat my parents are waiting in the car. "You ready Catherine? " My dad says, "as ready as I'll ever be! " I say excitedly I have been wanting to go to UCLA for as long as I can remember.
'Skip to airport'
I step out of the car "heyyy hoe" Aroura greets, oh I forgot to mention my best friend is coming with me :) " Ahhhh hiii" "Ready to move to LA? " she questioned. "Yes how is that even a question?! " I say with sass. "Ight let's go move yo booty! " She says running towards the check in
'Skip to flight'
Flight 243 to LA is boarding As we heard the announcement we both stood up to stand in line we found our seats. The flight took off "oh Jesus Christ" Aurora says with worry in her voice all I did was laugh.
'Skip to landing of the flight"
Please buckle your seatbelts and prepare for landing Aroura grabs the arm of the chair as we tumble to land. "Omg omg omg" She repeats with her eyes closed "Aroura calm down we are fine" I say, she nods and calms down.
As we land we head towards the baggage claim we pick up our bags "how are we going to get on campus? " Aroura questions as we didn't have a mode of transportation. "I got it covered" I say winking " Alrighty" She says with ease.
We walk we our luggage to the car area. "I'm tired" Aroura says " I wasn't the one who brought 4 suitcases" I laugh "ugh how much longer" "Literally two minutes" I say being annoyed. We got to the car area where I had someone park our car. I let Aroura stay here with our luggage while I ran to pick up the car and keys.
I get to the office and the lady hands me the keys after five minutes of talking. I walk towards the car

It's a beautiful small white car I hop in and go to pick up Aroura, "took u long enough" She snarled, I laugh " My bad bro" We sang songs in the car and finally arrived at UCLA. Aroura hops out of the car and slams the door "woah our dream college" She starts walking away as I'm just closing the door and opening the truck with our luggage "hey I'm not a butler" I yell, but she continues to walk.
I manage to get all the luggage I look up and Arouras gone. Ugh whatever man I drag all our luggage to the office "ow watch it" I say as I bumped into someone.
~ Bryces pov ~ I run into a beautiful Asian girl with black hair and natural looking brown highlights she had so much luggage behind her I was staring into her mesmerizing brown eyes with the sun setting. "Hello?" She says taking me out of my trance, "oh I'm so sorry" I say being nervous.
"Do you need help" I ask her as she's picking all of the suitcases backup "sure why not" She says rolling her eyes. I help her drag her suitcases to the office. "Dang you have a lot of bags" She looks at me with disgust "my friend was supposed to help but she ran away like a child " "Oh" I laughed "my names Bryce btw" I say "I'm Catherine" She says with a raspy voice.
"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" I wink. "I'm sorry I'm not interested" She says. I smile to myself, we will see "oh ok well can I have your number or socials?" I ask "yea here" She drops her luggage and grabs her phone and I put my number in and text it. I open my phone to see the message and I add the contact.
"Thank you" I say handing her phone back. "Mhm" She hums and picks up her luggage as do I. We get to the office and grab a cart she gets her room key and finds her friend "hi I'm Bryce" I say to her friend as they talk like I don't exist.
"Oh hi I'm Aroura" She says "ooo who's this guy" She whispers making me laugh. "Aroura! " Catherine says through her teeth. "Sorry" Aroura exclaims "hey I'll catch you two later" I wink " Thanks a lot bye" Catherine waves to me.
