Chapter 13: The Hearing

Harold's POV

We enter the courtroom and head straight over the uncle Lucius and seat near him as there was a few minutes left we tell him about what has happened at school so far, he was astounded at the progress we'd made in just 2-3 days, he fully accepted the fact that the 3 of us are mates and had already received word from my father about the Weasley and Granger attack on us this morning, just as we finish informing him about what had happen the doors swing up and we rise, the judge allows us to be seated, I take note that the judge was the same person we'd seen talking with dumbledork earlier.

"Sirius Orion Black, how do you pled?"

"Not guilty your honor." Sirius replies without a second's hesitation, the judge doesn't seem to care what he pleaded, he was going to make it so we can't get Sirius free.

"You may call your first witness."

"I call my godson Harold Salazar Slytherin to the stand." the room erupts with gasps as I approach the stand.

"Objection, he is a minor, he doesn't know what the charges are." roars Dumbledick.

"actually Albus I do, I did read all of the statements regarding the crime my godfather has been accused of, and as I'm the lord of the Potter family as well as the Evans, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and Slytherin houses I am by law old enough to take the stand." Dumbledick face turns a red as a beetroot at the realization I'm wearing the rings of my family as well as a cloak that has the emblems on it and they were glowing showing that I'm a real member of the families.

"You may ask your first question Mr Slytherin." the Judge says now get nervous knowing that if he makes 1 wrong move I could have his job.

"First I'd like to ask that Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore be removed from the grand wizard stand as this is a trail based on the false evidence that was present at the point in time, if he is not willing to step down we'll put it to a vote, all those in favor raise your wand." 3 quarters of the court raise they wand and with that Dumblefuck steps down and a new witch takes his place.

"Your next question mr Slytherin." the new witch asks

"I'd like for Mr Black to take a potion of truth so that it is impossible for him to lie," the witch called for the potion, once Sirius drank the potion I ask some basic questions to make sure it work, "Mr Black, what is you date of birth?"

"3rd of November ****"

The court was satisfied for me to continue. "What was your relationship with Mr James Potter and Lily Potter nee Evans? and were you the holder of the Potter families second key to the house in Godric's Hollow?

"Me and James were friends for many year from when we were 6 years old, he was like a second brother to me, as for Lily she was like a sister to me, and alway made sure to keep us both out of trouble as best as she could," He states with a light chuckle, "as for the second key, no I didn't have the second key, it was given to Peter Pettigrew as it would be too obvious if I had the key."

"Did you kill Mr Pettigrew or any of the people caught up in the explosions that night?" I glance up to Dumbledick who was now a deep shade of reddy purple.

"No, I'd chased after Peter with the pure intent of dragging him ratty ass to the ministry, but he didn't come quietly and cast numerous 'Bombarda' spells trying to blow me up which ignited a oil tanker coursing a large explosion which killed the muggles and magical families in the area, it was because of this I could not fulfill James's and Lily's finally wishes, to take care of you and tell you the truth of what happened that night."

"No further questions for Mr Black, I now ask the court to make their decision, if you say not guilty then lumos your wand green, if you think his is guilty then red." the grand witch says before turning her own wand to green, everyone follows her in turning their wand green, there was a few wands that lit up red 1 being dumbledick but he quickly changed it to green as to keep up the nice guy act which makes me smirk.
