Ron's POV (I'm going to hate this part)

"I can't believe we have to go to Dumbledore's office right when we had the chance to try and learn he's familiars ability now we are left without a way to know what they can do." Hermione grabs my hand catching my attention.

"Hey no need to worry love, we'll found a way to get his money and fame." she kisses me on the cheek, 'I bloody love this girl', I smile at her as we begin walking up the stairs to Dumbledore's office.

When we get there we Dumbledore, Ginny, my mum and Prof. Mcgonagall. "You wanted to see us sir?" I ask questioning why we are here, and why was McGonagall here.

"Yes, it is with a heavy heart that I must suspended you to from school." Dumbledore hang his head as McGonagall picks up were he left off.

"Mr Weasley, Miss Weasley and Miss Granger you all being suspended for try to harm your fellow students and casting 1 of the 3 unforgivable curses, you will be suspended for 1 week then have detention with Mr Filch for 3 weeks where you will be cleaning all the restrooms in the school and wash dishes after Dinner each night before bed without magic." I was shocked and enraged I was about ask something but Hermione beat me to it.

"Why isn't Harold here he should be getting punished as will!?" McGonagall shakes her head.

"It's Mr Slytherin to you 3 and no, the law protects him from getting in trouble as he was following his instincts, Creature Defense law: Sub section 1, Paragraph 1 clearly states if the Dominant mate is protecting his or her Submissive mate/mates then they is not held accountable for their actions." I look to Hermione knowing she has read all books involving magic law as she want to become the next minister of magic, she nods as the say McGonagall was right. "You 3 will be leaving the school with Miss Weasley and as Miss Granger's parents are muggles she will stay with you at your home, now if you will excuse me, I have paper to write out for when the 3 of you return to school." and with that she leaves.

When the door close and McGonagall is at the bottom of the stairs mum let loose. "I thought you said they'd be untouchable Albus! And what about Harold why is he not here?!" Dumbledore looks to me for answers to that one.

"We'd planned to threaten him into coming with us here, but he didn't back down, instead he launched some spell at me that I've never hear of, it turned his arms in electric snakes that shocked me out cold." I look to Hermione to continue.

"Me and Ginny then tried to caught the airhead Luna and the spoiled bitch Malfoy, but when we cast the 'curcio' spell it was stop by some sort of barrier he'd created using a runic clustered he'd said he'd put it on they're clothes to protect them from being harmed when he isn't around, he then turned those electric snakes on us and we blacked out, we then woke up in the infirmary, I tried to cast same spell he did but it didn't work, I think you have to be able to talk with serpents in order to do it as I'd asked 3 other 8th year student to do it and they couldn't." Dumbledore nods understanding we'd tried our best.

"As to your first question Molly if I didn't he would have had me taken off the board of directors, and I'm in enough trouble with them as is with the ministry holding a fair trial for Sirius so he can walk fairly in public and with the uproar with the other creatures coming into the wizarding world I can't even step a foot onto the stand to sentence them to imprisonment and banish them from the wizarding world without him handing the prophets and the ministry dairies I'd thought I'd gotten rid of years ago, my hands are tied." We hang our heads praying that we can find a solution to this problem.

"What if you were to stop Ha-, Ha-." Dumbledore turns his head to the side with a confused look on his face then realizes I'm trying to say Harold.
