Walking down the street path yowards school made me realize so much stuff. Random thoughts such as ancestors fighting for the freedom that we have now and how no one actually deserves it, well except some. We all take advantage of it. No one brings up history anymore unless it's required for school grades. All the years it took for the slaves to have freedom, the years it took for women getting the right to vote, for segregation to end. Yet it still happens in this generation. It's completely fucked.
"Yeah i know. It really is fucked up. But people like you are the ones that deserve to be here, alive and healthy." A familiar voice creeped up behind me.
"Huh?"
"You were talking your thoughts." Mariano said.
I was so far up in my thoughts that i hadn't realized that i was talking instead of thinking it. It makes sense though, thinking about such deep topic.
"Yesterday was fun" He said with a winky face.
What went down last night is something that makes me want to go to church.
Like seriously."Yeah i guess, aftermath isn't the best though." I responded back hoping he got the message.
"Enjoyed it huh?" His smirk makes me feel so warm.
I was flustered. My cheeks turned red and i stayed quiet after that comment because i knew it was true.
"Hey Caily. Grrr." Alvaro creeped up behind me and hugged my waist. I could see Mariano's face getting hot.
"Grr what?" I turned back around to see him face to face while next to Mar. Alvaro's eyes were red.
High? Drunk?
Either way, it's literally morning."Youuuu ready for our dateeee babe."
"I think you got the wrong chick." Mariano stepped up and said.
