My Life Is A Revelation

Chapter 1- personal notes/ start of life

My name is Ben Lackey. I'm a 16 year old who goes to a school I will call Lc currently. My life has never been great. I've never been extremely good at anything. I've always been average or below average. This book isn't trying to make you feel bad for me. It isn't to say hey you've had a bad life but mine is worse. This book is to tell you that you aren't alone in anything you are going though. That someone has been though it and sometimes people have not made it passed. It's ok to go though what you are going though. There is nothing wrong with you. God doesn't hate you,The world doesn't hate you because in the end you are you and that is what matters. You being the best you is what matters.
Now let's get into my life. I was born in Orville,Ohio. Orville is a small little place full of nature and farms. Sadly I never lived there. I lived in Canton,Ohio. A small city that is full of Beauty but also it's full of terrible things. We lived in a pretty small house with a small back yard. We were never really that wealthy. We were about lower-middle class. So nothing special but still a little comfortable in a way. I had a good childhood actually. Went to a church pre-school that was nice and had a few good friends. I also had a crush on a girl. Yeah yeah I know it was pre-school but if you say you didn't have a crush you are probably lying. Anyway, it changed when she invited me to her birthday party. If you remember as a child getting invited to a girls birthday party was huge. It meant that she liked you and hey it worked out. I got a kiss of the cheek at the end from the girl. Back then it was everything but now I look at it as a weird moment. Like why the hell was I crushing on someone at 3 years old? So my pre school days were pretty decent.
