Letting Go

                                              Letting Go
                          Letting go might be one step
Losing my feelings is another
Locking up those precious memories 
Is even harder 
                          As we grow and move forward 
Things in life change 
And as they change so does feelings
But the strong ones suffer 

                          I know time can only heal
But I don't know how long it will take
I'll lock up my feeling till then
They might never be reawaken
                          I'm not the type to open up 
But writing it down seems to help 
Goodbye feeling for now I must let go 
Until I can trust myself to grow 
                          Goodbye happiness 
Goodbye memories 
Goodbye love 
Goodbye my feelings
