This time he woke up he didn't blackout he surveyed his surroundings. He was in a small room next to a iv bag and some medical supplies it looked like on a table. And the only source of light was a small window. He was surrounded by doctors but the doctors went away revealing the griffron commander he looked tired, the two stared at each other for a while before the commander started to talk.

"I should have listened to you...But I didnt, almost everyone was injured the day before and so much dead"

Vasily looked at him straight in the eyes "that's what they all say"

"Excuse me?" The commander said confused

Vasily repeated what he said "that's what they all say I could've and I should've, but what's done is done and you have to pay for the mistake in blood. Its a warning to listen before you do anything, like how you should have listened to me"

The commander went silent again looking out the window staring at something "how could you do it Vasily"

"Do what bud?" Vasily said as he looked at the white ceiling

" you know shoot the fuel for the flamethrower. And risking your own life for others"

"Well.... I honestly don't know, at the time I was thinking if I go down in taking you with me. I honestly excepted my fate there when that psuedogiant nocked me to the ground. If I was gonna die then I might as Well go out with a BANG! If you know what I mean" Vasily said laughing at his own pun

The Griffin commander was not amused "Oh shut up with the pun. You know I have to deal with a co-worker like that every day"

"Hahaha" Vasily now couldn't stop laughing "anyways bud when do I get out of here?"

"Well you burned your left arm and shrapnel from the explosion hit you in the stomach. I don't know I'm a commander not a doctor"

"Funny I used to main jäger, I honestly wish he could get his Acog back tho" Vasily said smirking

"What? Anyways there isn't much damage to your legs so I think you can walk. Just don't use your left arm"

"Yah I get it" Vasily said while getting up

"So bud where's my gear?" Vasily questioned

"Its at the traders, your suit and armour got messed up"

Vasily frowned "awww come on do you know what I went through to get that armour and the suit"

The commander found his despair to be amusing "Well I asked the base trader to see if we could get you a new one"

Vasily asked another question "what about my guns?"

"your sidearm got destroyed but your ak-74 is fine and is at the trader"

Vasily got out of his hospital cloths and to his normal cloths "I'll head there right now actually"

The Griffin commander waved Vasily a goodbye as he went to the trader to pick up his gear and along Vasily went across the airfield to get to the trader base and on the way he encountered a t-doll

"Hey ump-45 how yah doin"

"Oh hey vasily" ump-45 waved at him "I'm fine what about you?"

"Oh I'm great ump-45"

"Great really You call being caught in an explosion great?"

"well I guess I'm alive which I'm happy about"
