What Have You Become?

    Midoriya's POV:
  There I stand, on top of a building overlooking the city. I wished that I had a quirk so I could save people with a smile. But luck wasn't on my side. And I was born quirkless.

  Ever since I was young, I always wanted to save people with a bright smile. I've always want to help people in need. But I couldn't because I am quirkless... A quirkless nobody just like Kacchan says.

  I would use the power that All Might had given me, but I felt as if I am too weak to use it. And I didn't deserve to be the one with One For All. Somebody else should've been All Mights successor. Not me. I'm still technically a quirkless nobody.

  I've decided to stop thinking to myself and I decided to get off the roof of the building and walk around. So I did just that. I saw Todoroki in the distance. I smiled, he didn't see me of course. Then I ran into a nearby alleyway to stay there for a while.

  I sat down in the corner of the dark gloomy alleyway. A moment later I heard footsteps coming my way, so I looked up. "Midoriya." I hear a voice say. I couldn't see who it was because of how dark it was. So I stood up. "Hello??" I call out.

  "Midoriya, I know that you have very little power. So... I want you to come with me. If you do I can give you all or any of the power you've ever wanted." The grim voice says. I then see him. It was AFO. My eyes widened. "H-how do I know you're not gonna kill me?" I ask nervously. AFO chuckled then held out a hand. I didn't really have a choice so I decided to go with him.

  We reached some mysterious building. I walked into the building with AFO. "Sit down in that chair." AFO demands. I nod slowly then do as he says. He chains my hands and legs up, making me unable to move. I look at AFO with shaky breathing. "You'll be fine Midoriya." AFO says before leaving the room.

  I sat there in almost complete darkness. I began to look around the room. I saw a couple of cages. I wondered what was in those cages. Then I hear a loud clatter coming from inside one of the cages causing me to jump a little. AFO comes into the room again. "So, you want any power you want??" AFO asks. I shakily nod.

  "What would you like?" AFO asks with not a pleasant tone. I think for a moment. "Hurry! I don't have all day!!" AFO yells at me causing me to jump. I think of Todoroki, I don't know why. "A-an ice quirk please....." I say softly. AFO nods with an evil smile. Then he injects me with something, making me pass out quickly.

  After however long of me being passed out I slowly open my eyes. "H-hello?" I call out softly. "Good you're finally awake." AFO says. I look at my arms and see scratches. "Wh-what did you do to me!?" I yell. AFO laughs evily then walks over. "Nothing!!! Now be quiet!!" AFO yells. I wondered to myself if I had the ice quirk I wished for. And if I did, how did he give it to me??

  AFO removes the chains from my wrists and legs and he picks me up. He opens up one of the large cages and throws me in. "This is where you will test your new quirk. Good luck." AFO said then locked me in the cage. I panicked for a moment. I didn't know how to use my new quirk just yet. Heck I don't know if he even gave me anything!!

    AFO's POV
  Once the pathetic boy was passed out, I gave him his new quirk. I think Midoriya thinks that I'm gonna be nice to him. Well little did he know, he's wrong. This is just step one of my plan.

  "H-hello?" I hear a soft call. I put an evil smile on my face. "Good, you're finally awake." I say walking towards the young boy with evil laughter. I notice that the boy looks down at his arms. "Wh-what did you do to me!?!" The young boy yells. "Nothing!! Now be quiet!!!" I yell in response. I smile evily, from the cuts I've made on his arms. If he's here, of course you'll have to pay a price of some sort.

  I then remove the chains off of the boys arms and legs then I pick him up.  I open one of my Nomu cages and throw him into the cage. "This, is where you will test your new quirk. Good luck." I say then close the cage and lock it up again. I walked away with an evil smile on my face.

    Midoriya's POV:
  I panicked for a while. Nothing out of the ordinary had happened yet. I looked at my hands once again. 'c'mon Deku!! Use your new power!!' I yelled in my head. Noting would happen. Did I just not know how to use it yet?? Or was it just that AFO didn't give me a quirk at all?? I thought to myself once again.

  I was determined to use my NEW power. My old power was gone, I didn't want to use that anymore. I wanted to use my ice quirk, not One for All. I concentrated hard on my hands. Still nothing had happened. I heard a clatter coming from one of the corners of the cage. I panicked. Whatever is in here is gonna kill me if I don't figure out how to use this new power of mine. I looked over in the direction of where I heard the clatter. I didn't see anything but a pitch black corner. The back of the cage was dark and gloomy, while the front of the cage was light and you could see inside.

  Then I saw a large figure coming my way. I panicked. "ARRGHHHH!!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. I didn't know what or how it had happened. But I shot large icicles all around me while freezing the ground around me. I looked over at the figure and noticed I had hit him a couple times. It looked angry... Then it started to charge at me.
