When I finally got there, I parked and looked around the parking lot at the students. It was like any other high school. It was full of jerks, slags, nerds and chavs. Of course there were lots of normal people, thankfully. I wasn't normal though, I was different. I sighed and got out then made my way to the office. As I expected, I was starred at, glared at and wondered at. I'm new, so what don't make a good or bad deal out of it.

My inner wolf growled with anger inside me but I hushed her down. I walked into the cosy office. "Hi, I'm Lucy-Louise Davis. I'm new here." I explained to the receptionist. She rooted through some piles of paper and found whatever she was looking for. "Here you go. This is your schedule and a piece of paper I need you to get your teachers to sign and bring back at the end of the day. Good luck." She said and then went away to answer the phone.

I exited the office and headed to my first class, when I bumped into someone dropping all my papers everywhere. I bent down to pick them up. "Here let me help." Said a sweet voice. I looked to see a sweet girl with brunette hair and brown eyes. She helped me pick my stuff up and stood up. "Hi, I'm Maybel.

I suppose your new here?" She confidently said.

"Yeah, I'm Lucy-Louise but I prefer Lu-Lu. I moved here 2 weeks ago." I said.

"Oh, your from the U.K. aren't you?" She asked. I simply nodded. "I noticed that you have the same schedule as me. Do you want showing around?" She said. "Yeah please. It's a lot different from what I'm used to." I explained. We walked in silence on the way to class. It was so awkward. People stared at me as I passed them in the rushing corridors. It turned out I had maths first with Mrs. Greenwood.

We walked in and went to sit at the back of the chatty classroom. "So, what are people like here?" I asked trying to make conversation. More people started entering the room. "Well that girl there and her little sidekicks," She said pointing to a girl with blonde draping hair down to her waist. She was caked in make-up. Obviously a slut in her outside but who knows she could be nice and kind. Then again probably not. "Well she's called Frankie and her little friends are called Rachel, Monica and Bethany. They never leave her side. As you can probably tell there sluts." Maybel said huffing at the end. Then entered a group of boys. They were drop-dead gorgeous. There were 3 of them but the middle one stood out the most. He had luscious brown hair and beautiful blue ocean eyes I could stare into all day. He wore denim baggy jeans and a tight grey t-shirt which showed his 8-pack off underneath. His tanned skin made his facial features stand out. Everything about him made my tummy flip inside. My wolf inside of me growled at the temptation. What was wrong with her?

I used my control to hold her back. "They are 3 of the 6 hot boys. Sadly, there all taken. Those 3 are called, Luke, Cole and Mike." She finished pointing to them from left to right. Cole. Even his name was sexy. But I frowned at the word taken. I watched them as they took their seats next to the 4 slags. "Cole and Frankie are high school sweethearts." She said. My heart sunk and my hopes disappeared. I knew it was to good to be true. What the hell? I thought to myself. Why are you making me feel this way? I asked my wolf. Oh hopefully, you'll find out soon enough. She replied. I sighed. Then a boy and a girl came and sat down in front of us. "Hey Nathan, Poppy," Maybel said "This is Lu-Lu. Lu-Lu meet Nathan and Poppy." She explained as the two people in front turned around to greet us. "Hey." I said.

"Hi, so you're new her then? You'll love it here. Where are you from? Well obviously you're from England, but which part? London? Please say London and makes you twice as exciting." She said so fast I only just heard her. Poppy was obviously a very bubbly and chatty person which surprised me because she looked shy on the outside. "Yeah. I moved here 2 weeks ago from England but I didn't live in London, sorry. I lived somewhere, where you probably haven't even heard of." I said giggling at her bubbly attitude.

"Wow, That must be a hard change." Nathan said.

"Yeah, very different from what I'm us to." I replied. I sighed.

"Ewwww," We all glanced at were Poppy was looking. "Why do Frankie and Cole always have to make out in class?" Poppy said. They were having a full on snogging session on the table in the middle of the classroom. I cringed away. I said giggling again. Once again they all joined in.

"Settle down class. Now we have a new student today, so I want you to treat her with respect. Would you like to introduce yourself?" Mrs Greenwood said.

I slowly stood up. "Hi, My name is Lucy-Louise but I prefer being called Lu-Lu. I moved here with my Mum, Dad and brother from England 2 weeks ago." I quickly and quietly said blushing, then hiding my face with my hair as I sat down. I looked up and everyone was starring at me. Oh great. Even the slags and there hot guys, but there was something different about the way Cole starred at me. After what felt like hours of people starring at me the bell thankfully rang, telling me that sadly next I had gym or P.E as it is in the U.K.

I wondered what adventure Lies there.

It all started off like any normal day. I heard rumors that there were a family of new wolves in town. But I didn't believe them. They were just made up about the new girl for gossip. Nothing special. I drove to school on Monday morning with my fellow wolf brothers. I had Maths first with Luke, Mike, Monica, Bethany, Rachel and my lovely girlfriend Frankie. Most people take Frankie as the main person, who is stuck up and bitchy, but when you get to know her, she's a nice person. When I hear people talking about Frankie behind her back, well lets just say they never do it again. Frankie isn't my mate, we're just lovers but we wish we were mates. I walked into class with Luke and Mike are my sides. I didn't bother look around, I just sat down in my normal place next to Frankie. "Hey babe." Frankie greeted me. I gently kissed her on the lips but as usally got a bit to carried away. I stopped and broke the kiss when I heard poppy from the back of the class say, "Ewwww. Why do Frankie and Cole always have to have a make out in the middle of the class?" I listened in to hear what they had to say.

"I don't know what guys see in her." Maybel said.

"You've got to admit she's beautiful." Nathan said sighing.

"You should give her a make up wipe and then say that." I giggles an angelic English accented voice. They all joined in. "There's not just that, guys want her for her popularity. She like queen-bee." Poppy said.

"More like queen b!tch." Said the English voice again. I growled at her. She was taking the mick out of your girl! My wolf said. He was right. How dare they. She was going to pay for that. "Settle down class. Now we have a new student today, so I want you to treat her with respect. Would you like to introduce yourself?" Mrs Greenwood said. Turned round to see the new girl. I was immediately taken back surprise at the girl that stood before me. She was beautiful, like a angel. She had long gingery, chestnut hair and deep green shiny eyes. She wore clothes that fitted her perfect body perfectly. I got butterflies deep in the pit of my stomach. Slowly, she stood up. "Hi, My name is Lucy-Louise but I prefer being called Lu-Lu. I moved here with my Mum, Dad and brother from England 2 weeks ago." She quickly and quietly said blushing, then hiding my face with her hair as she sat down. A word suddenly popped into my head, mate. No, I can't have! My brain told me. Your in love with Frankie, you don't want to love someone who said that about Frankie. But my heart said otherwise. I wasn't ready yet. I didn't want her. Don't give up. Fight and you'll get rid of the feeling. I only had to say the words out loud. I had to say that she was my mate out loud and that would be it, I would be beaten. I was going to fight. My heart and Wolf said Mate. My body and brain said Hate.
