Spending Christmas With Niall

Chapter 1 Niall Comes

Niall's P.O.V
Today is the day I go surprise Lyla. The lads and I are on break starting today which is December 1st until February 1st, Lyla doesn't know it yet, that's why I'm surprising her. I planned it all, first I'm going to board a plane all the way to where she lives, which is California, second I'm going to get a taxi and drive to the flower store to get her, her favorite kind of flowers which are tulips and sunflowers, so what I'm going to do is have the person who does the flower stuff, put the sunflower and the tulips together, third have her mum come get me and we'll both drive to their house and surprise her, then spend the rest of the day with her. Her parents already know I'm on break for two months, and they told me she would be home all day, so let's just hope she still is.

Lyla's P.O.V
It's December 1st, which is the Christmas month, Ive been texting Niall all morning now, to ask him if he's on break, he never answered me, two hours have gone past now and still he hasn't texted me, not one word from him, so I guess I'll just put my phone on the coffee table in the loving room and watch some TV. So what felt like forever, was only 30 minutes, for that thirty minutes I couldn't find anything good on tv so I'm just going to watch a Netflix, oh and praise The Lord I finally found something good, the movie is called, "Switched at Birth" it's not really a movie it's actually a Tv Show and I haven't watched it for a long time so I guess I'll just resume from the last episode I was on.

So an hour went by and its 2:00pm, I have sat on this couch doing nothing but watching Switched at Birth, ugh what am I doing with my life, haha I'm just kidding I've done plenty, I don't have work today, my boss and her family are going away for Christmas and she decided to leave early, and she emailed me last night and all of the other employees and told all of us that we get all month off and all of January off, she said we all deserved it, so I'm relaxing. The only thing I hope for is for Niall to text me back. Ugh I hate when he never texts me back, but I know he gets busy with tour dates and his job that he loves doing which is singing. I hear my phone ringing from the kitchen as I was making myself a sandwich and my hands got all messy from the mustard, so I hurried and washed them off and dried them, and I ran over to my phone and it was my mom,
I answered,

"Hey mum!"

"Hey sweetie how are you? What are you doing?"

"I'm good, I was just making a sandwich and then you rang and I hurried and washed my hands off and dried them, and I'm just glad I got to the phone in time."

"That's good, well I have news for you."

"What's the news?!! Tell me mother!"

"Well we have a family member coming down to see us, you don't know him, you've never met him, but will you clean up the house make sure everything is decent, cause he'll be over at 3:45pm and that's pretty close, so will you clean and tidy up the house?"

"Yeah of course. What time will you be home?"
"Thanks honey! Well I'm just gonna wrap up what I started and I'll be over. So I'll be there about 2:45 or so, love you sweetie I got to go, I'll see you later, love ya."

"Ok see ya. Love u to bye"

"Bye sweetie."

*end of phone convo with her mum*

Well I guess I'll just eat my sandwich, but hurry eating it, so I can start cleaning, wow I just looked at the living room it looks a complete mess, of course, and the mess was made by me, blankets were scattered on the couch where I was sitting and laying watching my show, and then their was my water, sodas and well I'm just a mess, so I'll make sure to pick all that stuff up pronto.

Ugh I'm so glad the phone call to Lyla was so good, I am such a good liar, I'm so happy she bought the whole, "I have news a family member that you have never met is coming to visit, so get cleaning" haha now that, that was hilarious you have to admit.
