Chapter 3 Picking up Niall's Family

Jamie's (Lyla's Mum) P.O.V

I pulled into a parking spot and I put the car in park, I told Lyla and Niall we were here, and I got nothing so I look in the back and they were both asleep, it was so romantic how Lyla was laying on Niall's shoulder and Niall's head was on Lyla's, I didn't want to wake them up, so I just went in the airport and waited for Niall's family's flight to land, I figured Lyla and Niall would wake up in a couple minutes, and Lyla would text or call me to ask where I am. So I'm just going to wait for Niall's family to land, and I guess for Lyla to text or call me.

Niall's P.O.V
I woke up and Lyla was still asleep, she looked so beautiful and peaceful, I looked at my surroundings and I guess we were in an airport parking lot, so I figured Jamie was somewhere waiting for my mum, dad, Greg, his wife Denise and my nephew Theo, and I want to see them when they land, so I'll just wake up Lyla and we'll go in, luckily Jamie left the keys in the car, so I took the keys from the front seat in the middle console thing, put them in my pocket and went back to where Lyla was laying, I sat beside her and tapped her and said, "Lyla, babe wake up." I swore that was going to work, but it didn't so I just shook her, and said, "Lyla! Babe! Wake up!" And finally she woke up. She said, "What?!" I said, "My family is gonna land soon, and I want to see them when they get off the plane, so let's go." "Ok." Lyla said.

We walked to the airport entrance and Lyla called her mum to see where she was.

Jamie's P.O.V
I heard my phone ring and I looked at the caller ID to see who was calling me and it was Lyla, haha I knew she was gonna call me sooner or later and it was now later. I pushed the answer button on my iPhone 5,
I said, "Hi Honey!"
"Hey mum! Where are you?"
"Oh at the sitting area, where Niall's family is going to land."
"And where's that at?
"Oh by the bathrooms."
"Oh ok. Thanks mum we'll be there in a bit."
"Ok honey be safe."
"Always am. Love u bye."
"Love u to honey. Bye"

I hung up the phone and waited for Lyla and Niall to come.

Lyla's P.O.V
I got off the phone with my mum and told Niall where she was at, we went towards the bathrooms and finally saw my mum, we went to go sit by her, me and Niall sat by each other and I sat by mum. We waited for 45 minutes until finally they came off the plane, we saw them and walked towards them, said our hellos and headed toward the van.

Me and Niall sat in the way back, Theo sat in the way back with us, and Greg and Denise sat in the three middle seats and then Niall's mum Maura sat in the first row of seats with Niall's dad.

Finally after what felt like years but was actual only 45 minutes to an hour, we were home, everyone got out of the van, me, my mum, and Niall helped Niall's family get their suitcases out of the back of the van, we brought them all in and we had two guest rooms, Greg, his wife, and Theo shared one room, and Maura and Bobby shared a room, but since they are divorced, we had to get an extra mattress, and luckily there was one under the big bed, so I guess we'll just get that ready later tonight. We all went down stairs to our big living room and started talking with each other. And tomorrow we will be making the gingerbread houses.
