The Beginning Of A New Journey

Present Time

Driving off onto the streets of Tokyo for the last time with Steven made me realize something. I was going to probably be doing this for the rest of my life going to different countries and places with Steven for work purposes, I can just imagine a future with me and Steven together. Marriage, kids, and all the great things that a woman myself can ask for. But I wanted to be able to protect Steven as much as he protects me and in order to do that I would have to learn how to fight better thx to June, I already got a head start. However, I need to learn how to come up with good plans on how to execute certain people and how to shoot and use a gun properly. But knowing Steven he probably already has a plan on teaching me all these things. I wondered what was in store for us in Miami even tho things can get dangerous I still want it to be an adventure like in South Korea and Tokyo.

Once we made it to the jet Steven parked the car nicely and I saw Detective Han and June waiting for us by the private jet. Steven got out the car first and gave his keys to June before giving Han a brotherly hug and I got out the car with the cake in my hands.

"Long time no see brother," Han said

"Indeed, brother." Steven smiled after they pulled away.

"How have you been?" Han asked

"Good, just working." Steven nodded

"Don't work too much, Steven," June says then gives Steven a hug.

"Of course I won't, June," Steven said before pulling away and I stood next to him.

"I have my beautiful lady next to me to make sure of that." Steven smiled as he pulled me closer to him by my waist.

"Indeed you do." June nodded then smiled at me and I gladly returned the smile.

"Good seeing you, Rachel." Han smiled before opening his arms to give me a hug.

"I know, I missed you." I smiled once we pulled away.

"You guys should start heading over to the States now," June said as she looked at her watch.

"Okay, thank you, June. Take care of the company for us while we are gone." Steven says as we started walking towards the jet then I saw Han following next to us so I walked beside him.

"You're coming with us?" I whispered to Han.

"Yeah, exciting right?" Han says before he winks at me and I chuckled.

"How long will you guys be gone?" June shouts then Steven looks at me and I was waiting for his answer as well.

"Give us five weeks or so," Steven says

"We will keep you updated." I smiled

"Okay, love you, Rachel." June waved before heading into her car.

"Love you too, June," I said before I continued to walk, Han got in front of me and Steven so he got inside of the jet first then we got in.

"You ready?" Steven asked looking at me.

"Am ready." I nodded and the door closed automatically.

"Let's get out of here." Steven smiled and the jet started to move slowly.

I had fallen asleep in the room on the bed, when I woke up I forgot where I was at, at first. But then I started to remember Steven.

Was that a dream or a memory?

I used to have a lot of vivid dreams about Steven and most of them were good but some were bad dreams, nightmares that I couldn't get out of. So, some nights I would stay up working on the laptop or go do some boxing in my private gym room where June teaches me how to fight and throw a punch. I've gotten better from the last time I fought with June and I was proud of myself because now I can defend myself the right way.
