3rd person's POV (sorry for using this pov too much, i got used to it hehe)

It was Hoshiumi's PE class this morning. He's a bit hyped about it since the teacher mentioned they're playing 2v2 of volleyball in the gym. Not all of them plays volleyball but many of them won the game easily. Time has passes and it's finally his turn to play.

"Hoshiumi, you're paired up with (R/N)." The teacher assigned. (R/N)'s eyes twitched.

"I'm paired up with a chibi, great" He rolled his eyes in annoyance. "Uh actually (R/N) he's in the boys volleyball club.." A classmate stated.

"I don't care. He's probably just in bench the whole time." He teased making the other classmates laugh. Hoshiumi glared making them stay quiet.

"You all shut up and go to the other net." The teacher lectured.

"Hey, Do you even know how to set? Make sure you always set to me and make sure I'll reach it." (R/N) informed while patting Hoshiumi's back.

"Are you scared of me? Why don't you just go and watch what I can do? I won't just toss to you. Give me a toss as well and see if you can set better than me." Hoshiumi slapped (R/N)'s hand away while threatening him, making the class whistle. A vein popped on (R/N)'s head.

"Then it's on, chibi."

"Start." The teacher blew on the whistle.

"Hey look (F/N), there's students inside the gym." (F1/N) pointed.

"Hm..I think it's Kourai's PE class at this hour.." (F/N) tilted her head. Eyes sparkling, even though she always see him play, she still want to watch him over and over again.

The friends noticed her sparkly eyes and pushed her into the gym. "H-Hey! What.." She tried to fight back but failed.

"Oh come one (F/N), we all know you want to see him~" (F2/N) teased.

"And relax, we have our freetime before our PE class today. What's the harm in watching for a bit?" (F/N) shooked her head at her friends' antics.

"F-Fine.." She agreed.

As if it's on purpose, It was Hoshiumi's turn when they got in. She also heard the commotion his classmates are making. Almost wanting to shout that he's the ace of the volleyball team of their school. And so the game begins.

The other team send an underhand serve which (R/N) received badly making Hoshiumi huffed in annoyance.

"Such a simple serve you can't receive properly.." He muttered while focusing on setting the ball to (R/N). "I can hear you, you know!" He yelled while running to jump. Hoshiumi clicked his tongue and set the ball perfectly. Making them score. His classmates' mouths were left open while (F/N) gave of a smug smirk making her friends sweat dropped.

"W-Woah.." Hoshiumi's ears perked and gave a smug smirk as well. "Uwah, (F/N). I think you're getting a bit of his habits huh. Look at that smirk." (F2/N) muttered.

The game continues with Hoshiumi setting to (R/N). Only losing a point when (R/N) failed to receive a serve.

"Hey, I don't like losing. Let me handle the receiving and give me a toss.." Hoshiumi looked up to him while giving him glare. "Who are you to-"

"I guess you want to lose because you can't receive a ball well?" He smirked which (R/N) blew a fuse and just agreed to him.

The other team send another serve which almost didn't pass over the net if it didn't hit the net. Hoshiumi dived and managed to make the ball up, enough to set for him. (R/N) with a red vein on his head, tossed the ball high. Wanting Hoshiumi to fail to hit the ball.

"Uwah, he can't reach that." Someone says. Hoshiumi moved back for an running approach.

"Yeah, with his height he can't possibly-" He jumped as high as he can and hit the ball to the edge of line, completely ignoring the opponents who didn't dare to jump up to block. Well, after all that. No one dared to speak except the high pitched compliments that came from other girls.

(F/N) frowned :<

Hoshiumi who disregarded who's saying it smirked at the compliments he's getting. (F/N) deadpanned. Not liking the feeling of how heavy her heart is when she saw him smirk. Thinking that he likes those girls' compliments than hers..

"We'll go change first (F/N), It's unfair though since I think you already knew you'll be watching today that you've changed clothes for PE today. Hehe~" (F1/N) waved along with (F2/N) and walked out the gym. (F/N) waved back.

Too much focused on thinking that she's jealous. She didn't notice that the game finished. Hoshiumi's team won, obviously.

Some of his classmates gathered around him, asking him a lot of questions. Though it's not an interview, it pisses him off so he scared them by giving a death glare this time.

"Hey, Hoshiumi-san, isn't that your girlfriend?" Someone pointed out making (F/N) flinch in place.

"Eh? (F/N)?" Hoshiumi titled his head as he approached her but his classmates blocked him. "Hey! First year! Are you really this guy's girlfriend? Can you kiss him right now? We'll block the teacher's sight I promise." The guys smirked. "Come on here, Hoshiumi." They pulled his arm and placed him in front of (F/N).

"Hey, what are you saying to her!" He growled to the boys while covering (F/N) from their sight.

"Hoshiumi-san! You look so cool!" A girl shouted, the compliment caught his attention, turning his way to that girl's direction. He was about to thank her when he felt a hand on his face.

"Thank- mpf?!" His eyes widened when a pair of lips landed on his for a second. He stared at (F/N) who's blushing and pouting cutely. The boys in his class whistled while others groaned. On other hand, the girls who's cheering for him a while a go scattered out the gym for their next class. Leaving the two alone.

'I-Is she j-j-jealous..? H-.. HOW CUTE??!' Hoshiumi fanboyed to himself, covering his mouth while (F/N) still pouts at him.

"Do you prefer their compliments than mine?" She suddenly asked. Hoshiumi frowned and hold her hand up to his lips making her blush.

"No, of course not. The compliments I love will always be the one that comes from you.."
