I got out of the car walking into my new school. Our family has always moved around because of my dad's job.
"Nico let's go, it's our first day and I don't want to be late." My half sister Hazel said as she got out of the car.
"Do I really have to? Why can't we just be homeschooled?" I said.
Hazel rolled her eyes with a huge grin. I kissed her head and started walking into my new school.

I closed my locker and turned to go to my class but before I could do that I saw a boy with black hair and brown eyes walk in with a girl. I stared as they walked past. He was HOT!!!!! Wait no no no I can't be thinking like that, if people found out I'm gay, it would be total chaos. I just have to keep my emotions under control. I went into my first class, Chemistry, and sat down near the front with all of my friends. As the bell rang the boy rushed in carrying his book bag behind him.

Why was that boy staring at me? I walked into class and saw a boy sitting in the front row with hair as golden as the sun and blue eyes like the sky. He was beautiful. I sat down in the back and pulled out my earbuds to listen to MCR as the music took over me I looked out the window to the rising sun.
"Hi, so class is over. Do you want me to show you around?" Someone said as they pulled out my earbuds.
I looked up to see the boy I saw earlier.
"I don't need help." I said as I walked out of the classroom.
"Well I think it would be a good thing to make friends. Don't you? Oh by the way my name is Will. What's yours?"
I walked ahead hoping he would stop following me, but he wouldn't so I said. "Nico."
"Wow that's a great name! Do you want to sit with me during lunch? What's your schedule maybe we have the same classes!?"
I gave him my schedule silently hoping we did. But I wouldn't let him hear me say that so I put on a scowl as he read it.
"Wow we have almost the same classes! This is great!" He turned to me saying.
He looked ecstatic.
As we sat down in lunch I saw multiple people coming to sit with us.
"This is Percy, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Frank and Leo!" Will said as he dug into his food.
They looked okay. Maybe I could become friends with them with time.
As the school day ended I waited for Hazel at my car. We drove off on our way back to our house.
When we got home I went straight to my room putting my earbuds in on the way.

First time skip!!!!
Three months later
Will and I had become great friends, maybe more than that. As Christmas continued to get closer, Hazel decided that I needed to ask Will out. So the day before winter break I asked Will to meet me outside.
" What did you want to see me about?"
"Um..um..Ireallylikeyoualot!"
"Could you say that again slower this time please?" He said.
" I really like you Will and I was wondering if you would go on a date with me?" I said closing my eyes, waiting to hear his response.
"I would love to go out with you, Nico!" He said.
I ran up to him giving him a huge hug and kissing him on the lips.
I would say that was the best kiss I ever had.
