A Little Kitty Told Me

The Alley Way

3rd Person POV

Kuroo thought it was going to be a normal day, boy was he wrong.

Kuroo's POV
I was in practice trying to whip Lev into shape, but I'm just about to give up it shouldn't be that hard to play volleyball you literally just hit a ball around. I had enough with Lev so I went to bug Yaku. I saw him yelling at Yamamoto to shut up which to be honest always happens. When practice was finally over I walked down the street near an alley way. That's when I heard some kind of clang so me being the curious person I am I went to church it out. What I didn't expect was for a hooded figure to jump out at me with a needle filled with some type of drug. Before I could Dodge the figure stabbed me in the arm and I fell. I started to feel drowsy then I heard him say something unexpected he said "good night kitten".

Yaku's POV
I was yelling at Yamamoto to shut up again because he is such a loud mouth. This happened so many times during practice that I'm starting to think why even bother anymore. Practice ended around 8. I was looking for Kuroo but he was already gone so I just went the way to his house. I cursed my captain for being so damn tall because he walked so damn fast that I could rarely catch up to him. When I arrived at the Alley way near his house I saw a figure standing over Kuroo with a needle in his hand but before I could yell at him he ran away. I ran to kuroo and try to wake him but he was knocked out cold so instead I called the rest of the team and waited. I know I should have called an ambulance but I don't need to be asked ridiculous questions that will take to long to answer and annoy the crap out of me. When the team arrived I had kuroo's head in my lap. Lev picked up Kuroo and brought him home since his parents are rarely there because they work over seas. When we arrived at kuroo's house we brought him up to his room and he began to stir. He finally woke up and looked around.

Kuroo's POV
I didn't know how I got to my house but I saw all of my teammates looking at me with worried faces. Before I could ask what happened they tackled me into a hug and started crying. I pushed them off and asked "what happened". yaku told me what happened and I just sighed. I told them I would be fine and that I just needed rest, but they insisted on one of them staying here to keep an eye on me I agreed so Yaku stayed since he is the only one I trust not to be to loud and make a mess. The rest of my team told me that they would be back in the morning. I soon fell into a dreamless sleep oblivious of what would happen in the morning.

Yaku's POV
I woke up the next morning and went straight to kuroo's room to check on him. When I got closer to his bedroom door I swear I could hear a faint purr from his room. Funny since I don't remember kuroo ever having a cat. I walked in catiously and saw kuroo still asleep, but was surprised when I saw cat ears on his head and a tail poking out from under the covers. I was hoping kuroo was playing a prank on me but remembered kuroo isn't one for pranks. Just to check I got closer to the bed and tugged on the tail poking out, biggest mistake ever because kuroo woke up and screamed, he also had tears in his eyes. I felt so bad that I wrapped him into a hug. I soon pulled away and looked at kuroo, he had seemed to calm down until he saw the tail that was connected to him.

Kuroo's POV
I was peacefully sleeping when I felt excruciating pain in my back side and woke up screaming, it hurt so much that u even cried a little. Yaku was next to me and he brought me into a hug which I gladly excepted. When I pulled back I was surprised to see a tail next to me. Before I could investigate further I heard a knock on my bedroom door then saw my teammates enter. They were surprised to say the least, but what I didn't expect was to get picked up by Lev and him to start letting my ears. What shocked me the most was.that I liked it and started purring. The rest of my team was still shocked but it didn't last long when they all looked at me in some possessive way and stalked towards me. I was not used to this type of treatment so I tried to escape but failed. Luckily Yaku saw how uncomfortable I was and yelled at the team to sit down and leave me alone. Lev finally set me down and I stood up, but what pissed me off was that I realised I was almost the same height as Yamamoto maybe even a little shorter. I hated how this happened to me and to top it off I don't even know if this will affect me in volleyball I'm supposed to be the captain but I can't be if I'm like this. As I was debating I didn't notice that some one else entered the room and to my surprise it was coach Nekomata. 

Nekomata's POV
I had just arrived at the gym only to find none of my players there they were supposed to be here at 7:00 sharp. As I thought about where they could be I realised they could be at there captains house and so I grabbed my things and told the managers I will be back so set up the nets they replied with an okay. When I finally arrived at kuroo's I was knocking for quite a while with no answer and found the door unlocked so I went inside. When I reached kuroo's room I was surprised to find my captain with cat ears and a tail in the middle of all the rest of my team. I almost fainted but instead kept my cool and went up to him. I reached my hand out and yanked the cat ear thinking it was fake until it twitched on his head and he yelped. I stepped back but soon sat down and pulled him to me to check on him. The team looked suprised but I just checked to see if he was okay, I didn't need my captain out hurt because of something like this. When I finished checking I asked what happened. Kuroo told his part then Yaku explained how he found him passed out in the Alley way. I just thought to myself this is going to be a long day and we have a practice match with Karasuno.
