Backstory
Her parents ditched her at a run-down orphanage where she was made fun of by other children for being weak, which caused her daemon to snap and attack one of the children. She was then moved to a less nice orphanage for misbehaving, where she tried to make a friend. That friend only wanted her for protection, so when she met Min Ji and was told she could do so much better, she stayed with her.
