Her brother wasn't surprised, not even a little bit, He knew that this day will come eventually, so he made himself ready to let her sister go. Still, he was sad, when she left. Maybe deep down, where he doesn't even admit it to himself, he still hoped that she would stay, if only.
She was selfish, but so beautiful and kind at the same time that nobody realized it and if they did, they didn't care because they loved her so much. That was the reason why no one knew she hated being here, no one, except her beloved little brother.
Don't be silly, he thought, you should've expected this. She always hated it here.
She could at least leave. Her brother hated her for it, but still, he was happy to know that she went after what she loved and made her dreams come true. His dreams could never be answered, that would take too much, so he needs to settle for less.
He let out a sigh and stopped the car that was just enough for moving, then get out. It will rain, he could sense it. The slight smell that made them calm when she and her sister were younger, because it meant that Mom and Dad won't come home. And that meant a quiet, fearless night.
She left and he hated it. They were the only ones for each other and she left him. He expected it, but it hurts and it makes him angry.
He closed his eyes tightly just before he threw the one, wilted rose to the plain grave and looked at the grey sky.
"I hope you are fuckin happy now."
