It was time. You were planning on confessing today. Well, that was the plan. No matter what you tried telling yourself, you always seemed to find yourself lost.

Y/N'S POV
I'll do it today. Wait? Where exactly am I?

Looking around myself, It seems like my atrocious skills at navigation seem to have caused me to end up in the same spot as always.

"Of course you're back here," It was Katsuki. He didn't seem to be in much of a good mood.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go. It's getting late," he said. It looks like my plan was futile. I started to walk next to him.

"Hi, Bakugou!" I said, excited to see him. Seeing him always made me happy. My plan didn't work out today.

I'll try again tomorrow.
I need to tell him at a different time.
What if I do it during lunch tomorrow?
I don't want to do it in the morning.
Maybe after school tomorrow?
No, we would still be walking towards the same dereliction that would be awkward.

"HEY, DON'T IGNORE ME!!"

"Hm, sorry about that! Did you say something?"

I spaced out again.

"What's the matter with you?" His voice.

"It's nothing! I'm just spacing out like always!! Nothing new! It's nothing to worry your ash spikes about!"

Ash Spikes, I remember when you used to get mad at me when I started addressing you like that. I was so happy. When I heard you go, "tch." It was better than a retort.

"What's going on? It looks to me that it's more than you just spacing out."  He stopped walking and was now waiting for me to explain.

I guess there's no better time than the present? An unplanned plan.
How will he react?
I need to tell him how I feel. I have so much that I could lose, but it's worth it.

"Okay, I'll come out with it. The truth is that I've wanted to tell you something important to me."

"Hm, then just tell me right now," he stepped closer to me. Alright, there's no turning back now.

You took a second to regain your breath.

"Katsuki, I-" That was the first time you called Bakugou by the first name that caught him by surprise. You couldn't see it because you were too focused on confessing, but Bakugou's cheeks started to turn crimson.

"I like you!" You bowed your head, anticipating rejection. You honestly didn't believe you had a chance with him.

"Y/L-Y/N, UGH! You are a pain, aren't you? Dragging this out for so long." He took your hand in his, closing the gap between you two by embracing you with his arms.

"I like you too," he whispered in your ear.
