Descendants 3- the return of the twins

The Arrival

3rd person POV 

Mal stood on one of the many balconies that surrounded the castle looking into the distance to see if she could see any trace of Uma. However the same result as the last time she looked and there was no sight of her. 

She was so focused on what was in front of her that she didn't even notice Ben coming up behind her, giving him the perfect opportunity to scare her just a little. 

She turned to face him with a smile on her face. But it soon turned into a frown. 

"not a tentacle in sight" she said looking back over the sea. 

"I think if Uma was up to something, we'd know by now" Ben told her, trying to ease her from worrying. 

"no Ben I know how villains think, and I don't trust Uma as far as I can throw her, she's gonna wait till our defences are down and then she's gonna strike" she said before looking back at the sea saying "I really wish I could do a dragon fly over cos I can go so much higher now" 

"Well you can't be everywhere at once" Ben told her pulling the binoculars away from her face making her turn to him with a small smile on her face. "Besides I got your back" they both looked up to see guards above them doing the same thing the same thing she was just seconds before. "Now come on, everyone's waiting for us" he turned them around and was about to walk off until Mal stopped him.

"wait your getting more guards" she asked 

"I'm getting more guards" Ben confirmed "now breath" 

Meanwhile at the front of the castle Henry was trying to calm down a very excited Evie. 

Henry's POV 

I stood with Evie waiting for Mal and Ben to make an appearance to the crowd. 

"Evie honey you want to calm down just a little" Henry said trying to calm the girl down. 

"hey you listen to me just because you aren't too thrilled about Ben proposing doesn't mean I don't have to be so down."

"OK then crazy" he said to her but she wasn't wrong. He wasn't all that happy for Ben proposing to his sister but he was grateful that he got to ask me and not that dead beat of a dad we never see. 

Just then the happy couple came out to a crowd of people. 

"Here they come," she said as Doug and the marching band started to play. 

Mal was about to walk off stage when the fairy godmother told her to go back as she did quite happily. 

"bippity boppity 1 2 can everybody hear me" 

"thankyou fairy godmother, what's up Auradon, thank you so much for coming out to meet our new arrivals they will be here soon" Ben said with a smile "I mean it worked out for the first 5" 

"Yeah for you" Chad shouted but Audrey put a stop to what he was saying real quick " very funny" she said. 

"Mal this is the first spot we met not so long ago, I feel like I've known you my whole life but did I mention that I'm in Love with you" Ben said before Doug started playing guitar. 

I met this girl who rocked my world

And now I'm living just with her
