Chapter Nine Part 2: Is He Okay?
Stephen's (P.O.V):
The kiss between me and Anastasia comes to an ends because of my phone, I pull away wiping my mouth as I move away.
"Stay away from me Ana, I'm getting married and what just happened between us meant nothing and I mean it." I tell her as I take out my phone to look at who texted me and it was Winnie who texted me that she was ready.
"Please I didn't mean to, I just got caught up in the moment. Let's hangout sometime please?" She begs me as she touches my arm.
"No sorry but I can't" I repeat as I push her away from me, I turn and walks out the cafe and back to my aunt's shop. I go inside to see Winnie sitting in one of the chairs with a bag in hand, she didn't see me at first but when I clear my throat she looks up and walks to me with a small smile.
"You found the dress of your choice?" I asked.
"Yes I did and you'll like it" she replies.
I nod as I pay for it and I take Winnie to the car, she follows close behind but when the door opens she gets in and closes the door. I get into the car and once I close the door I start the car up and drives off but as I drive past the cafe I see Anastasia staring at the car but she can't see in because of the tinted window which I was thankful for.
"Why was that girl staring at the car?" Winnie asks as she pulls me out of my daze.
"What girl? I wasn't paying attention" I lied.
"Oh alright then" she says not pushing for anything else which I was happy about.

Winnie (P.O.V):
When we make it back home, I get out and head inside the huge mansion that still shocks me but not all of the mafia guys live here with everyone else. Stephen was still parking the car so when I walk into the living room I see Rosie and another woman.
"Hey Rosie, who is this?" I ask as I sit across from her Andy he other woman.
"This is Elizabeth but I call her Beth. She's my childhood best friend" she explains.
"Nice to meet you Elizabeth, my name is Winnie" I say reaching my hand out so she can shake it.
"Same here and call me Beth and I heard that your married to Stephen" she says.
"I am but it's arranged because he kidnapped me and asked me to marry him but he never gave me the full story as to why but I don't care because I can still do my job" I tell her.
"What's your job?"
"I'm an assassin"
"Really? For how long?" She asks in shock.
"Ever since I was 12 years old"
"How old are you now?" They both ask in unison.
"I'm 22. My birthday is in 2 months"
"So you've been working as an assassin for 10 years?" Rosie asks.
"Yes and I love every moment of it. Seeing the blood of my victims splatter everywhere when my bullet it their head" I explain but they both stare in shock at to what I said but what can I say?
"Winnie come to my office please we have things to talk about" Stephen says as he walks into the living room with his phone to his ear, I nod as I get up and follow him.
"Bye Winnie!!" Rosie and Elizabeth shouts and I smile and wave bye as me and Stephen walk to his off.
