Chapter 3: First day

Lizzie Hearts

After that little incident with "Daring", I went into the room with the number written on the paper Baba Yaga gave me. I slowly turned the door knob and walked in.

The room was so plain, plain white. It was spacious and cozy. The window has a nice view of the school garden. There were twi beds which were placed on the opposite sides of the room.

I went to the right side of the room and saw a picture with a name written on its frame. It wasn't my picture though.

It was a girl with black and white hair. She wears dark make up and a lot of feathers.

Girl: Duchess, Duchess Swan, my dear.

I turned and looked at a girl. I was surprised since I thought I was alone. Then I realized that she was the girl on the picture.

Lizzie: I was just curious, who are your parents, Duchess?

I asked with a smile. I would want to make a new friend.

Duchess: I'm the daughter of Odette, story is Swan Lake.

Duchess looked at me with a smile. So I guess she's my room mate. I think this is her side of the room and mine is on ghe left.

I went to the oppostie bed and saw my picture there, so it means it's mine.

Duchess came over and looked at my picture. She faced me and asked.

Duchess: Lizzie Hearts? Who's your fairytale parents?

Lizzie: The queen of hearts.

I looked around my half of the room to see the space I have. Duchess went back and started to decorate.

Hmmmm.... What wallpaper should I use?? I know! I love red vintage wallpapers. It's because I find it royally regal and it is so me.

Then I have to make my bed have golden bars that will hold my bed curtains that is red.

And I added the finishing touches and Lizzie-fied my room.

Lizzie: There.

Duchess was also done with hers. She came up to me.

Duchess: See you at the orientation Lizzie. I'll just do some catching up with my friends.

I smiled at her.

Lizzie: Sure, see you.

She went to the door and left. I also went out to tour the place.

I went to the grounds and saw 3 girls playing mu favorite sport, croquet.

I approached them and shuly said hi.

Lizzie: Hi, can I join you?

Girl 1: Of course! That would be spelltastic!

Lizzie: Thank you. I'm Lizzie Hearts, daughter of the Queen of Hearts.

Girl 2: Hi! I'm Briar Beauty, daughter of sleeping beauty.

Girl 1: Hi! I'm Apple White, daughter of Snow White.

Girl 3: Hi! I'm Blondie Locks, daughter of Goldilocks.

We smiled at each other and played croquet.

Apple: Wow! Lizzie, you are so good in this game.

Briar: Would you like to be our royal team's captain?

Lizzie: Uhmm.. I don't know...

Blondie: C'mon that'd be great!

Lizzie: Okay, I'll do it.

All 3: Yay!

Apple: That's hexcellent!

Briar: Hey Lizzie, would you like to come to my party tonight, after the orientation?

Lizzie: Sure! I'd love to.

Briar: Great. You know we should always...-

Briar couldn't continue because Blondie and Apple cutted her sentence.

Apple&Blondie: Live life to the fullest.

Apple: We know.

We all laughed and continued playing.
