The transport landed at the Airport where a red car awaited. Mercury walked down the ramp and into the car. The car was deep red with gold flags at the front.
"Driver, take us to the Scythedom building," he said to the Blade Guard driver.
Mercury adjusted his armor under his robe and moved his helmet a bit.
"Never seen a Roamn Scythe, thought the armor was a myth" The driver said as they left the airport.
"It's cerimonial but still works" Mercury replied "Can stop most blades and low caliber rounds, and the chainmail is another nice blocker"
The vehicle pulled up outside the building, Mercury stepped out and quickly walked up the stairs. He pushed the door open and walked quickly to the elevators
"Your Honor, you must wait" A Blade Guard shouted
Mercury whipped his head around at stared at the Blade Guard then a voice yelled
"Gentleman calm yourself!" A blue Robed Figure walked across the lobby
"Goddard, It's Nice to see you" Mercury said bitterly as he started Goddard in the eyes.
"Ah Mercury, you have not changed one bit" He said as he tried to shake his hand
"To keep this short. Here is a letter from Cesar himself" Mercury said as he shoved the letter in Goddard's hand "Now if you excuse me I must get back to Rome"
"Not staying for dinner Mercury? How sad, I had a whole meal made for you to"
Mercury stood there and considered staying
"I'd love to, but I must go now"
He turned around and walked out the building to the car waiting for him and entered.
"That was rather fast" The blade guardsmen said
"Negotiations were short" Mercury replied "Now take us to the airport I have things I must do."

"How dare he, How dare Cesasr deny my offer then tell me to 'politely screw off" Goddard ripped the letter in half and threw it in a garbage can then kicked the can.
"Robbert calm down" Rand calmly said
"DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN" He roared as he slammed a pen into the desk making it explode
Rand sat back and watched him in his tantrum. He threw anything he could but none of it broke.
