Ingredients: Some huan duan, green onions, salt, aroma vegetable, Chinkiang vinigar,
Tools: A pot, a bowl, a big spoon, a knife, a cutting board,
First, cut the green onions into thin round slices, and then put them in the bowl, and add a bit of salt for each person and stir it. Then, fill up a pot with water, and boil it over the fire.
When it is ready, put the iced huan duan into the pot of water. Then, stir it a bit, and let it warm the huan duan and let the ice melt. As you wait, stir the huan duan sometimes after a bit of waiting. After it is done, use the big spoon to spoon three spoonfuls of water into the boiling pot. It should stop for a second, then boil again.
That's why you need three; boil, one, stir, etc. After three, put the salt and green onions in, and add one quarter of a big spoonful of Chinkiang vinigar. Then, cut up your aroma vegetables, and drop them in. Serve them into bowls, and enjoy!
