Jaslynn's  POV 🌸

My alarm went off in my ear. I rolled my eyes and got up, my sleep schedule was coming along but I was still overly tired this morning.

I got up and got in the shower. I washed up for about 15 minutes, and got out and did my face routine.

When I got out I picked a simple yet cute outfit. I pulled my hair into a cute bun and did my edges.

When I was done getting ready I sprayed perfume on myself, and grabbed my bag.

I went downstairs and seen both my parents in the living room watching the news.

"Goodmorning mom and dad i'm riding with Nina today to school and i'm staying at her house tonight since it's Friday" I said grabbing a apple.

"Okay have fun" my dad said getting up and kissing my forehead.

I left when I heard Nina honk her horn.

"Goodmorning bestfriend you look beautiful this morning"  Nina said smiling at me.

"Thank you bestfriend you too" I said looking out the window.

We were listening to music while riding to school.

Kobe's POV 🖤

My alarm sounded in my ear as I woke up. I rose up and wiped the sleep out of my eyes. I walked to my bathroom and took care of my needs then put a simple outfit on.

I sprayed some cologne on myself and walked out my room.

I live with my brother he's 23 and i'm 18. I lived with my parents but they were struggling really bad trynna keep up with me, so I took it upon myself to move out with my brother.

He had enough money and took for me so he took me in to help our parents out. I didn't really wanna move but it was good more our well being.

I still have contact with my mom and dad and they are doing good, they moved to a smaller house so they can keep up with the bills.

"C'mon man you taking all day like you a female a sum" he said laughing.

"Buy me a car and I can leave whenever I want too" I said laughing.

"I will when you show me you deserve it" he said walking out the front door.

I smiled and walked out behind him getting in the car.

"So you meet a gal yet" he asked starting his car.

"Mane it's the first week of school i'm trynna focus on sum more important" I said which was true I have most of my credits I just needed to pass a couple classes this first semester.

"Mhmm" he said.

We pulled up at the school and I saw that fine gal I saw staring at me getting out of a car with another gal.

I wanted to say something to her but she left to fast. I got her in first period so I can say something then.

Jaslynn POV 🌸

I walking into my first period and seen Kobe in my seat I didn't want to say anything so I just sat in the seat over from him.

"You wasn't gone say nothing" he asked me.

"What are you talking about" I asked confused.

"I'm in yo seat I thought you was gone ask me to move or sum" he said smiling.

"Why would I do that and there's like 10 other seats back here" I said getting my textbook out.

"I just wanted to talk to you, you seem like a reserved person" he said trynna make conversation.

"That's because I am" I said looking at my notes.

He didn't say anything else. I felt kinda bad for talking to him like that, but guys don't really talk to me so I don't know how to respond.

Mrs. Co start assigning us partners for out Quarter 1 projects.

"You will be working with your table partners" she said looking at her attendance book.

I looked over and saw Kobe smiling to hisself. This is gonna be interesting.

I was in class with Nina and I told her everything that happened with Kobe and I.

When I was finished explaining everything thing she just looked at me blankly.

"What" I said looking at her look at me.

"You do this to every cute boy that talk to you bestfriend" she said laughing.

"I need help forreal, he seems like a nice guy and I just shot him down" I said being serious.

"Well you mentioned you guys where partners, maybe you can talk to him then" she said.

I just nodded and went back to my work.

I was at Nina house getting ready for this party that we were supposed to been at.

"Nina come on your taking forever" I stressed as she came out the bathroom with her hair pressed.

"Okay bitchh we look good" she said looking in her body sized mirror.

She was right we did look good.
