Hi guys sorry for the late update. With all this virus stuff, I didnt have any time to update.
CINDY'S POV
"Cindy!"
I woke up to the sound of my name being called.
"Yes, Rei"
"Come on, let's go and get some coffee before we have classes"
"What time is it?" I asked, rolling out of bed and making my way into the bathroom.
"Its a quarter to eight" she answered. I didnt reply as I shut the door, I turned the knob on to the shower in order for it to run.
I looked in the mirror, my blonde hair looked dry and brittle. It was a mess, I stripped down and hopped inside the tub.
After taking a well needed shower I wrapped a towel around my body and brushed my teeth.
About 20 minutes later, I was dressed and ready for coffee.
"Rei-Lynn, let's go!" I called out.
We walked out of our apartment and down the hall into the floor elevator.
We were both jamming out to the weird elevator music, until it stopped and people came inside.
Rei and I gave each other a look and laughed silently.
The elevator dinged Ray and I made our way out the front door, heading to the parking lot we got into her car and headed to the cafe.
I walked inside of the cafe first, ordering Rei and I's usual order. When I was about to take out the money Rei pulled up and gave him a twenty.
"Keep the change, hot stuff" Rei winked, it was the same barista from our last visit.
"Ew, flirty Rei is so cringey" I scrunched up my face.
"Says the girl who fell asleep with Harris on the phone" She made kissy faces at me.
"What if that was Joshua"
"Girl please-" Rei waved me off. "-do you really think Joshua could withstand your snoring"
I laughed at her comment,"Oh, whatever. I totally do not snore!"
"You sound like a dump truck" she then mimicked what I sound like.
I rolled my eyes."I'm going to the bathroom, keep your ears open for our order and not your eyes on the batista"
"Aye aye! Captain" leaving her by herself, I walked to the familiar restrooms. As I went through the door I caught a glimpse of someone in a booth.
I couldn't really pay attention to it since my bladder was about to burst.
After I was done using the bathroom, I washed my hands and went back to Rei. Who was to busy flirting with the barista to notice me out of the bathroom.
I really have to get that dudes name. Deciding to head back to our table, I took out my phone and texted Harris.
