CINDYS POV
I was home about an hour later, I had decided to take a walk before going straight home. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator I saw Joshua sitting outside my apartment door, I sighed. I had enough excitement for one day.
Ignoring him I pulled out my apartment key from my bookbag.
"Hey. I-I wanted to talk to you" He got up when I got closer to the door.
"No thank you" I told him opening brown door with the number 10 on it.
"You weren't answering my calls nor text" He said to me when I walked into the door.
"That was on purpose" I closed the door in his face and locked it. He continuously rang the door bell and I walked into my room.
"Whose that knocking on the door?" Rei asked, peeking her head out of the room. Her small eyes squinted at the door in annoyance.
"Dont know, dont care" I said bluntly, because if she knew who was at the door she would throw a fit.
Of course Rei being nosy Rei she opened the door anyway,"Dude, do you know it's rude to ring the doorbell more than three time-"
She cut herself off immediately as her small eyes caught the person, I could see her eyes turn into little moon crescents.
"May I ask you, why are you here?" Rei asked calmly, I knew that calm and I didnt like it one bit.
"I wanted to speak with Cindy"
"Cindere" Rei corrected.
"Huh?" Joshua asked, not comprehending why she said my name.
"Its Cindere to you"
"I wanted to speak with Cindere" He then corrected myself.
My phone buzzed in my back pocket, I took it out to see a text message from Harris.
H-"Can we talk?"
"She doesnt want to talk to you" Rei rolled her eyes at him.
"Actually, I've got time" I told them, looking at my phone for the last time and then shoving it back into my back pocket.
"What?"
"Really?"
The disbelief in both of their tones almost made me laugh, Rei quickly shut the door on him and turned to me.
"Hey!" I heard Joshua exclaim from the other side. I gave her a blank look, wondering why she slammed the door in his face like that.
"Dee, are you sure you want to be alone with the psycho who tried to drown you?" Rei questioned in shock.
"I can hear you!" Joshua's deep voice came from behind the door. We both ignored him.
"He didnt try to drown me" I said to her defensively.
"Oh my bad, the psycho who tried to KILL YOU!" She threw her hands in the air, she looked as if she wanted to pull the asian parent slap on me.
I gave her a look and puckered my mouth, "I see your point."
"Dee, your my bestfriend. You know I only want the best for you and that thing out there isn't the best" She moved away from the door and plopped herself down on the couch.
"I know Rei, but I'm not going to run away and marry him. You know I'll run away with Damon." I gave her a light smile.
We had a plan of running away with the Salvatore brothers, her with Stefan and me with Damon. She sent me a smile back.
