"The weather is so relatable, i hope this weather stays forever." Jiwoo said to herself while walking and listening to some calm music to let her problems get out of her head for a while.
Jiwoo's school is just few blocks from her house so it's better to take a walk, summer is around the corner, she'll be free from school works soon so she's trying her best not to fail this sem, she's not doing this for herself tho, she's doing this for her dad's image, if she let her lazy ass personality out, her dad's image will no longer interesting and she might get kick out of their house.
Jiwoo was too early so she decided to go to a cafeteria she passed by, Jiwoo went inside and ordered some coffee, she noticed that the tables are already accupied then looks around again and spotted a one last vacant table so she walked over and sat with her coffee, she took out her laptop to watch her favourite series Money Heist, she literally watched this for the 4th time now but still cool for her, sometimes she wondered if she can be a robber in the future too, but her dad wouldn't like that so no.
Few minutes ago someone knocked at the table, Jiwoo looked up at the beautiful short haired girl standing infront of her.
"Would you mind if i seat with you? There's no where to seat so.. Can i?" The girl asked politely which made Jiwoo blushed by her features while talking, Jiwoo is lowkey gay panicking inside.
"Uhh yes, s-sure thing." Jiwoo stuttred a little and shows her gummy smile to the girl.
"Thanks." The girl sat infront of her.
In the middle of awkward silence Jiwoo is getting anxious because she can't find a way to talk to the girl sitting infront of her, Jiwoo is a friendly person but suddenly changed when she's with this girl, she feels shy around her but still wanna talk to her at the same time.
"Money Heist huh? I'm lowkey hating Tokyo there." The girl spoke that makes Jiwoo remove her earpods and pretends not to hear her.
"Oh sorry. I'm Ha Sooyoung, by the way." Sooyoung said offering a hand to Jiwoo.
"I'm Jiwoo, Kim Jiwoo." Jiwoo said shyly and took Sooyoung's hand.
"Sounds familiar." Sooyoung said a she let go of Jiwoo's hand. "Oh, are you perhaps the daughter of Mr. Kim?" Sooyoung asked. Jiwoo hates being asked if she's Mr. Kim's Daughter but she can't do anything about it. But Jiwoo got excited when she realized that Sooyoung is at the same school as her.
"I am. Are you new here?" Jiwoo said as she takes a sip of her coffee "I mean, i'm not seeing you around until now." Jiwoo added while staring at Sooyoung.
"No, i moved here for like months ago and transferred at the same school as yours." Sooyoung answered and looks at Jiwoo who's being shy.
"Why?" Jiwoo asked.
"There's a lot of problems at my past school so i decided to move." Sooyoung sighs in explanation.
"Seems like you're a top student too." Jiwoo chuckles.
"Nah, wouldn't consider myself as one of them." Sooyoung said while playing with her hands.
"Why? You're the only person i know who don't wanna be a top student so far." Jiwoo said with a confused look.
"Not being mean, but some top students just want attention more than grades." Sooyoung said as she looks at Jiwoo. That hits hard on Jiwoo.
"By the way, can i have your number? Maybe we could hang out sometimes." Jiwoo smiled at the older and the older smiled back then took a small piece of paper from her notebook and writes down her number on it.
"Here." Sooyoung handed Jiwoo the small piece of paper with her number on it.
"I gotta go now, Jiwoo? It's nice meeting you." Sooyoung excuses herself as she stands up where she was sitting. Jiwoo just nodded at Sooyoung
"Isn't it too early for you to go?" Jiwoo asked while lowkey pouting.
"I can't attend classes today, i have a lot of things to do so... See you next time, maybe?" Sooyoung said grabbing her bag and drink.
"Okay! See you next time! Have a great day Sooyoungie~" Jiwoo giggles waving her hands to Sooyoung who's leaving the cafeteria.
