BILL X FEM!READER

I sat in class, bored out of my mind. The teacher left to go to a stupid meeting, leaving us with an old sub who looked like she was clinging to life. She told the class that we had to do a "special" project and that we had to work in pairs. See, the project wouldn't be so bad to do but, the thing is, the sub picked who we pair up with. I was paired with a boy, slightly taller and slimmer than myself, I think his name was Bill. He walked over to my desk, sitting down next to me. "Hi, I-I'm B-Bill," he said stuttering. To be honest, his stutter was quite adorable. "I'm Y/n, nice to meet you, Bill. What part of the project would you like to start on?" I asked, a slight blush forming on my face. Now, I'm not gonna lie, he was pretty attractive but we barely know each other so, there's about a 99.9% chance he has no interest in me. Anyways, Bill said that he wanted to start on the online portion of the project, so we then got to work. He and I surprisingly got along quite nicely. We both have the same interests and hate the same people. (*wink*)

The bell rang and I walked Bill out of school, meeting up with his other friends. I knew these guys from my other classes. Eddie from Phys Ed, Richie from Maths, and I knew Stanley because he hangs around the park to birdwatch and I've come across him on multiple occasions. "Hey G-Guys, t-this is Y/n, m-mind if s-she joins our f-friend group?" I was extremely excited that I had a group to hang out with because they were the only people I have talked to all year. "Yes of course she can! She seems pretty chill, and she can help protect us from Bowers!" Eddie exclaimed. We then walked down to the park, to then get caught by Bowers and his goons. We tried to get away but Belch picked up both Stan and Eddie by their collars, Victor held onto Richie, and Henry pushed down Bill, making him fall. I then backed up into Patrick, making him sling his arms around my waist and holding my wrists with his hands. I looked around at everyone being hassled, making eye contact with Bill. See him on the ground like that made me lose it. I slipped out of Patrick's grip, turning around to punch him square in the face. Belch dropped Eddie and Stan and ran up to me, getting immediately knocked out. Victor ran over to the two boys on the ground, making sure they are okay. That gave me the chance to kick Victor straight in the balls. As I walked up to finish with Henry, he backed away from me, frightened. "Okay, okay, we'll leave you losers alone for now but, just know, we will be back," he said, walking to the group still on the ground in pain.

I glanced at Richie, who was holding his broken glasses in his hands. "I'm so sorry Rich, do you have any extras?" I asked, putting my hand on his shoulder. "Well of course but, I really liked these glasses," Richie said, a small tear streaming down his face. We then walked over to an array of benches, staying there 'till dark. After a while, everyone else had left, leaving only Bill and myself. All of a sudden, we sat in silence as Bill softly grazed his hand over mine. We looked at each other until Bill spoke. "Y/n, I-I have s-something to t-tell you," He said looking me in the eyes. "I like y-you. Like r-really like y-you." I could not believe what I was hearing. He actually had feelings for me. "I like you too, Bill. I've liked you for a long time." My face heated up as the gap between us slowly closed. Bill leaned in and closed the gap. I tilted my head slightly to further deepen the kiss. This went on for about three minutes until we had to stop to catch our breaths. "S-so does this m-mean we're t-together?" I smiled. "Of course, Billy." I leaned my head on his shoulder. We walked home together, our hands intertwined the entire time. When we got to my house he gave me a quick kiss goodbye and walked away. Let's just say I'm very excited to finish this project with him.~♡
